Lively, welcoming and delicious
This Tribeca Ristorante Toscano has much going for it. A few outside tables and two lively dining rooms. The welcome was enthusiastic and genuine, we were seated right away (on Saturday night!) and the attentive service began immediately. Everything was delicious, but the standouts were the fried artichokes and the veal and ricotta meatballs. Desserts were uniformly excellent - the cheesecake especially. The wine list is small but well chosen, and not too aggressively priced. Overall, a very good dinner and a very good time. I recommend Pepolino enthusiastically.

Excellent Food!
While visiting the City for a long weekend, I visited this restaurant. The atmosphere was cozy and relaxing. The wait staff was perfect and not bothersome. The food was excellent!

Travel to Tuscany in less than 7 hrs.
The food was exceptional; the service more exceptional. From the moment you sit down and have the tomato flan with the delicious foccaccio to the end with the creamy cheesecake, you are taken to Tuscany without a 7 hr. flight. One complaint, not just this restaurant, but many, the specials should be typed up and included in the menu or on the table. We forget most of what the waiter says and we don't know the prices. Go to this restaurant!

Favorite restaurant on my vacation.
I was recently in NY with my mother and ate at Pepolino's for her birthday. It was such a treat. Coming from South Beach cuisine Pepolino's was far superior to most SOBE restaurants and the service & atmosphere made the evening just right. Everything from the bread, to the dessert was exceptional. We will be back.

This is a great italian restaurant. The food was exceptional and the price reasonable. The ambiance was well appointed. Good outdoor area, Restaurant is 1 storey above the street, so great to people watch. The food was wonderful, pastas cooked perfectly.

Surpasses Expectations
Am never disappointed when I come here. Great value for the money, great food, and friendly but not annoying service. I had the fennel salad (out of this world) and the incomporable ricotta cheesecake. Recommended if you want authentic Italian!
