bathrooms
The bathroom area needs improvement and the carpets, stairway area down to the bathroom is scary, and nasty. Food was good, service was good ...but if you had to use the bathroom, hold until you go home.

Great place for special events
I had a great experience celebrating my birthday over lunch. They gave us a private room with lots of space to mingle. The service was excellent and very accomodating to our needs. Food was delicious. I would highly recommend this restaurant for any special occasion.

My friend recently had a wedding banquet here and the food was way below average! The shark fin soup had a weird smell to it, the jelly fish was not fresh, the steak sauce had too much vinegar, appetizers were so greasy you could see through it! the fried rice and noodle in the end were too salty..and the list goes on and on...I definately do not recommend this place!

#1 Chinese Food in Midtown
I travel to countries/states just to try their famous style of food. At first I was skeptical about this place but let me tell you - of all the Chinese food i've tasted around Midtown - this place hits the spot! Great food! Great service! Everything was great! I recommend that you HAVE to try their famous Peking duck! I give them a 5 for everything! The atmosphere was a little dim & a little quiet but it's good when you want to just enjoy dinner & some quiet time with your family, friends and co-workers.

Very Satisfied
Although the dining area doesn't compare to the front entranceway, the food was above average for midtown Manhattan chinese food. It's hard to find good fried dumplings in NYC, but they have them here! The fried rice was also very yummy!

Based on the previous reviews posted on this website, I took a chance and tried this place. Not a good decision! (I should of realized this - obviously they purposely do not have a website of their own displaying their interior.) The restaurant is housed in what is really meant to be a large conference room - with unclean old carpet you would find in a run down office building. The food is mediocre - at best. The service was not great either. Our waiter clearly found it quite hard to hear and once he understood what we were asking for either gave us an attitude about asking for it OR took forever to bring it OR both! In short, this place turned a lovely August afternoon into one of disappointment.
