Omg Peking is back!
I just ordered my usual sesame chicken and it's better than ever. The interior changed too! Gone through some serious remodeling. Go Peking!

Are you kidding?! my favorite chinese restaurant around the block!!
My block has about 3-4 chinese restaurants, and my choice is always PEKING! Since the 1st time I've ever ordered from there, and even till now, they've been so friendly and nice. The receptionist lady who picks up the phonecalls may come off as brunt, but she's never angry or annoying- and after a few times you order from them, she'd remember your usual orderes too! (I don't know if she remember yours, but she remembered mine! :D) Also the delivery guy is so sweet!! there are a couple dudes who do the delivery and whenever I order, there is a particular guy who always delivers my food! I've had him deliver my food for years now and we even say hi on the streets when he's on the bike to deliver someone else's food!! HAHAHA anyway, I love peking garden for saving me lots of money for the cheap food!! However, don't try to eat in the restaurant. you can barely stand around. It's just for takeouts and delivery i think.

Not so bad
The service is quick..certain dishes are always good like General Tso Chicken, Spare Ribs, Fried Dumplins and the Fried Wontons. But don't look for anything fancy because after all it is a NYC corner Chinese store...

Delivery Order
Ordered Egg Drop Wonton Soup and Chicken Fried Rice. Delivered in less than 20 minutes! Nice guy. The soup was good although the wontons were a size and texture I've never had before. Chicken fried rice was NOT good. I wouldn't order it again. It was dry, and literally only had chicken and rice. I've had Chinese my entire life from a very great area with authentic Chinese so I would say that the chicken rice is decent.

Quick, hot and fresh
I ordered the Mix Chinese Vegetable and it was just what I wanted. Fresh, hot - and very fast service. I called and started walking there right away. It was already waiting for me by the time I got there. I'll definitely order from here again.

not good
After reading all the other reviews on this place, I thought it would be a good idea to order from them. Boy, what a mistake. I ordered mooshu vegetables and the szechuan dumplings that other reviewers said were good. The mooshu was tasteless and soggy. The dumplings were gloopy. And the claim that the delivery was fast? It took them 40 minutes to get here.
