You can't go wrong with the food & atmosphere, but the service is not very good. Great location & food = too many people. So they rush you in & out, no charm. The modern atmosphere is great - check out the bathroom!

After reading a lot of people's posts about this place I decided to take an upscale client here for dinner last week. The food was great and the atmosphere was kind of fun, but I've never been so embarassed to take someone out to what I thought was going to be a nice dining experience and have it turn out like it did: the staff rushed us through our meal, it seemed like fastfood. And there are so many typos on the menu, it just looks like a cheesy local takeout menu. "broccolis?" "Foe grass?" At least the client had a good sense of humor about it all. The pad thai is really excellent - their saving grace.

Food and drinks were yummy..pricing was ok. Unfortunately the bartender and waitstaff seemed to be in a real rush to get us out. Drinks, apps, dinner, and dessert...and we were out in an hour!

This place is loud! you'll be shouting over everyone else's converastion and the loud pumping music! The bathrooms are the 'peep' bathrooms. they're clean and nice but my only problem is that theres no light at the bathroom! I looked and looked for the switch and i couldnt find it! The food was overly flavorful but still very good. the sauce for the pad thai was too much. For what I chose, the taste didnt match the price. It's a fun place to go. Go once, at least, but be prepared to shout.

Peep is outstanding. My friends and I basically count down the days till we go there next, while we're at the restaurant! the food is beyond great, and wine pairs up with it so nicely. The vegetable dumplings are to die for, along with the chicken and basil dish. The desert is great too...I eat out at a lot of Thai restaurants and this is on my top 3 favorites. Go to peep!!! once you go, you'll always go!

For real, Peep is one-of-a-kind. Okay, that's not true, as its sister restaraunt is located near NYU. But both are amazing. Don't miss their lunch specials. For like $10 you get an appetizer and an entree. The food is so good. The atmosphere is wild. And they're staff is adorabley cute. I've eaten all over Manhattan and PEEP is my all-time favorite (I suggest getting the Basil or Garlic dish....)
