This was my first time eating Peep, and it was during lunch. My thoughts: "meh-". It's not the best Thai you'll ever have. And certainly not the worst. Their lunch menu has plenty of options, and its all affordable. The service was poor. No greeting when I walked in, nor a thank you as I left. As for the food: I tried my first leek spring roll, which was surprisingly tasty. Since I found nothing offensive in taste, I may come back once more to try the dinner menu. In part due to their well-advertised drinks specials (4:30 starts happy hour), and certainly not because of the staff.

They automatically included an 18% tip for a party of 3 people. Check your bill carefully.

My friend and I went here for lunch. The ambiance is nice, it's not too noisy, and even packed as they were, the service was great. They came by frequently to refill our water and let us stay as long as we wanted after we finished eating. The (lunch) menu is somewhat typical for most Thai places, although the appetizers are definitely a notch above most others in the area. They prepare dishes that are actually spicy when asked, and avoid the cloyingly sweet taste that ruins some other Thai places. The portions are excellent, the food is cheap, and the atmosphere is great. Definitely a 20's something place that's slightly off the beaten path. Having ordered Thai food 2-3 times a week for the past 3 years, I feel comfortable saying this is one of my top three Thai places in the area.

I went there today for lunch and the atmosphere is great. I think we all can agree on that. The food on the other hand is just OK. Real simple, nothing special. I had the basil chicken, sufficiently seasoned, but do not expect much. As they say, you get what you pay for, its quite cheap considering the area, but one could find better places. All in all, I give this place B-, heavily weighing on food, remember, this is a restaurant.

I must admit I only visited one Thai restaurant in the city but never have I found Thai food to be so delicious. I've always walked by it and was always curious until I stepped in on Sunday night. The service was excellent, the food was simply delicious, the dessert; which I ofcourse had Creme Brulee was absolutely wonderful. I must admit the prices was absolutely good. My boyfriend and I had 2 entrees and dessert and 2 drinks the bill with tip: 40 dollars. Peep is absolutely a good place to visit in this recession.

my friend and i were walking around Soho looking for a cute and inexpensive place to eat. We were so lucky to stumble upon Peep, the food was amazing I had the duck and my friend had a salad. It was so good that we have been planning to go back ever since we left.
