Peanut Butter & Co

My husband, two kids, and I have been eating at PB & Co each year we visit the city for the past nine years. My kids are now 11 & 12. We have always had wonderful service and been able to sit in the small table area. The sandwiches are to die for!!!! Last month we visited without my husband and ordered him a sandwich to go. Not only did the owner add in free delicious cookies, but also gave us a beautiful canvas bag to carry it in back to CT. While we waited for our food, we were also given PB & J cookies to munch on. They went above and beyond in service and we continue to love the shop:) I highly recommend you visit.

Brought the kids here for a fun treat and it is not kid friendly, the staff acts totally annoyed that you brought kids, glared at us the entire time and complained about having a stroller.

Something we had to do in SOHO. I have to say that the bread slices are large. But, it is still a peanut butter and jelly sandwich! We tried the basic toasted peanut butter and jelly(our favorite at home) It was OK. Also tried a chocolate milkshake. WE did not drink half of it due to lack of flavor. I would just order milk or a coke. Probably wont go back. Much better value for the money on 9th avenue near Times Square.

I was very disappointed in my lunch today at PB & Co. I love their pb and tell everyone who will listen how good it is. I've been there several times and usually enjoy it. However, today, my sandwich was about half the size as they used to be and when I asked for extra carrots (carrots & chips come with each sandwich) instead of the chips and got only 6 tiny carrot sticks, I asked if that was it and they replied "well, we usually only give 3, so yes." 3 carrots, that's it? Seriously? I love the pb, but for the price, the tiny sandwich and 6 carrot sticks that I got was not worth it. I won't be going back for sandwiches again. Too many other better restaurants in this city.

Took my brother here and sandwiches were big but the bread crust is too hard and crunchy. It scratches the roof of your mouth! I agree that the prices are high but in all fairness, the pieces of bread are huge - it's not your normal loaf of bread. I've only ordered the grilled PB&J and the Peanut Butter Cup Sandwiches but they are both great. I would def recommend this place - it's got a great vibe and the staff are great.

I like the sandwich's they make but it's really price... 2 sandwich's with 2 shakes is about 22 bucks and change. I had the fluffernutter which I think is the best on the menu so far.
