You need Peace & Love to have the patience to deal with this place.
This place has gone down hill since it originally opened. What used to be "trendy" is just outright drab. Not to mention the food and service are poor. I have tried time and time again for them to get it right (yes. they ALWAYS mess up the order). Let's face it - for those working across the street - it is convenient. But no more. There are plenty of better, trendier - if that's your thing, and more affordable sandwich shops that have opened up.

Long wait, incorrect order
Not only did I wait a long time for my sandwich, I lugged it back to my desk to find that they did not put two ingredients on it and added tomatoes (which weren't in the description). We'll see if they give me my money back when I go there AGAIN after work with my uneaten sandwich. Avoid this place unless you have a lot of time and don't care what they give you.

Check this place out
I stopped at the cafe after deciding to not to play a round of golf at Pier 25, something that we'll have to do later. I ordered the Oaxaca sandwhich which was delicious. I even changed my bread type 3 minutes after ordering and they had no problem with the change. Sandwhich was brought to me outside at my table - hot and delicious. My friends got sandwhiches as well. Atmoshpere is cool and the food is great. Chips are a little expensive, but who needs chips when you get a big sandwhich. Skip Subway and eat here instead!

They've done it!
This place, has managed to extract all of the flavor from the food. I don't know how they accomplished this, but after 5 attempts, I cannot bring myself to try either again.

Processed Chicken
the food is tasty enough, but they use processed chicken and call it "grilled chicken"... they give a lot of it too as its much cheaper i guess... they have good salads /dressings and sandwiches, but if u like "real" unprocessed chicken don't order it...
