Love the Peace
The salads are delicious, the sandwiches are pretty greasy and cheesy (yum, but not everyday!) , the smoothies are great, the coffee is delicious, but not as strong as the rocket fuel at 'wichcraft. The staff is super nice and always smiling! Hello friend!

we love this place!!
my 2 tweens love this place and so do i!! during our recent renovation, they were able to use the free wifi and drink chai lattes. the food is delicious and wholesome. delivery is quick and friendly. the person who described peace & love as being located in bpc must be thinking of another cafe. peace & love's customer base seems to be the yups working in the neighborhood but some of us who live here do enjoy it too! this is a great place to orde breakfast or lunch!

slow and over priced !!
just bought a 9 dollar sandwich that was tiny with wilted greens..- it took exactly 15 minutes to prepare. Skip this place!

From a P&L regular
I order from or pick up from P&L about 3 days a week, so obviously I'm a fan. Mainly because they have great coffee drinks, good soups & salads, and the service is outstanding. The people who work there are nice in person and on the phone, and delivery is quick. (And it's Tribeca, not Battery Park, as another fan who "lives in the building" said. Maybe that was the Scooby snacks talking, but we agree it's a good spot.)

Peace & Love!! Nice:)
I live in the building and Peace & Love are on the Ground floor. Everything about this place is keen. Including the Keenly overpriced seasonal deserts. But Hey!!! Who cares if its seasonably overpriced!!! Its a coffe shop in Battery Park for goodness sake:) The Atmosphere was sureal and dejavouy, because when I dove into the little swinging chair by the window and looked up at the HD monitor on the ceiling across the way I was greeted by Scoody Doo:) One of my favorites from back in the day. There I am chompin on a fat cookie, sucking down some joe, drawing, and seeing scoob on a big screen. The sculptures were cool, the seats literally wraped themselves around you and wouldn't let go, and the food was standard cafe' stuff. Got cookies, Got coffee, Tea, and lots of Bananas as far as the eye could see. that's the only thing on the menu that stood out (visually). Nice touch. When I go back and sample some of the other items, I'll swing back and write a more formal review. This one was just too on-time to pass up. I felt like a kid again. Peace :) Darren

Poor
I have tried the drinks and food. Overpriced and inconsistent are the two words that come to mind. I live in the building this place is in and have been here many times. Honestly, everything about this place drips of pretentiousness.

Peace & Love All The WAY
I discovered P&L one day when I just decided to try their Ixtapa Sandwich what a suprised did I have - The sandwich was delicious...ever since that day I haven't stop ordering from P&L. The delivery guy already knows who I am. Don't beleive the BAD reviews about P&L until you try it for yourself. The Tomato Cheddar Soup is delicious, I would love to have a restaurant just like this one around my neighborhood! P&L is delicious with a variety of food that are pretty healthly! And they have made a couple of mistakes on my order but they always make up for it! They are truly great!
