    This burger is average...

This burger isn't good it is VERY average Burger and there are way better places to eat a burger in Manhattan. This place is overrated and I don't understand why people think this place makes quality burgers. I have even tried to go back more than once to give this place a chance and it is the same mediocre burger.

    Paul's

People say this is the best burger in New York. I have to disagree. I think the hype is played out here as well as alot of Manhattan eateries. I wouldn't waste the time eating here. Save your money, try Great Jones Burger Joint.

    great burgers, rude phone manners

the burgers are delicious, the prices reasonable, plenty of options, and the waitresses are super efficient, but the delivery service is severely lacking. the guy that takes orders over the phone is rude and idiotic. you're trying to tell him what you want on the burger and how you want it cooked, and he keeps interrupting you to ask questions you were already going to answer if he'd just shut up and let you speak. so obnoxious. on top of that, the delivery time is pretty slow. the in-person dining experience is much, much better.

    Used to be good

Paul's was once a good burger joint with decent prices. I live in the area and have had delivery for years. The orders now come with the wrong sides more than half the time. If you call and tell them, you are partronized (being called "sweetie" and told that I don't know what I ordered makes me angry). The burgers are still O.K. but for $8.00 a pop and truly poor service I will find a new place. Sweetie says bye bye.

Best burgers in the East Village!

This is simply the best burger deal in the neighborhood. Cheap, tasty burgers. Be warned they are messy. I like just a regular burger and put some pickles on it and maybe a slice of tomato and ketchup of course. If I'm hungry I get the deluxe...the fries are good but the burgers are amazing. Don't expect anything fancy. It's just a good burger joint. If you are hungry and don't want to spend a lot this is the place. Enjoy!

Great value, good food, poor service

Great value and the very low minimum delivery makes it a great choice. Delivery is usually quick, but they get it wrong half the time (especially with fries and sides), and then will be extremely rude to you on the phone if you call them about it. Food is good but not great, in huge portions.

    Tasteless...

If your criteria for a burger is 'bigger the better'...then this place may be for you. I love my burgers and this place fails me for the following reasons: 1. The meat is very bland 2. The burger is soggy 3. Poorly constructed; falls apart.
