i been to the patsy's on 56th street. and the pizza taste like ny pizza . yes the pizza pie cost 40 dollars for a pie. 2 drinks, 2 sides , 1 pizza, and a salad $150.00. Yes expensive, yes the service was poor, yes the all the other food served there was not great. the pizza was ok. the end!!!

    maybe justa bad day

My daughter made reservations for sun.@ 5:30...which we felt was a good time...and not crowded...it was. it took awhile to be seated...but order taking and waiting and trying to find out why it was taking so long was unbearable. I understand if your busy, but almost to the point where we were being ignored..Other tables seem to have the same problem.

    Surprised and disappointed

Ok, I luv Patsy's Pizza. I've been a customer.for.over twenty years. I always order the pepperoni pizza to go. Today I was in the mood for a special treat. I ordered a pie with four toppings. Now they charge you three bucks per topping. Not cheap, but I figured.it would be worth it. WRONG! I was so upset at the pitiful toppings. For twenty-three dollars it should have been loaded. I'm so disappointed and when i called to complain the phone mysteriously kept getting disconnected. Patsy's Pizza will no longer have me as a valued customer. Even if they have delicious pizza getting extra toppings is not worth it. Do yourself a favor and visit 15 minutes before closing and get yourself a plain cheese pizza for half price which is $5.50

    Rockin' pizza

I brought my 7 year old and she loved it . the place is amazing. a total throw-back and you just don't find this atmosphere anywhere anymore. a gem. plus the pizza is as good if not better than the pizza in Rome. probably better ! p.s. the pizza is served on a tazza which made it seem very "fancy" for my daughter. it was such a pleasure to have such a simple food served with civility. Bring cash!

    Best Pizza in NYC

Let me tell you, this is the best pizza in the NYC. It is very sad for me to say, but I usually can eat a whole pie by myself. Thankfully, I live in the East Village and stop only when I am in the neighborhood. If this place were closer to me, I would be a no self control big boy. Do not confuse the pizza here with the other Patsy's in the city, they are not the same. This place is almost magical. Thumbs up to the guys making the pies. When ever I have friends come up to visit, I take them on a pizza tour and this is the crown jewel. Nothing special, just perfect.

    Addictive Pizza

The pizza is the best in NYC, well if you like brick oven pizza. It's very light & leaves you waiting more. The pasta dishes are very good as well & the option to have veggies instead of pasta is a great.

    Awesome for pizza

Agree with earlie poster that said thisis the best pizza in NYC. This is hands down the best. Especially if you like garlic! The pasta was OK here, but if you're getting pizza, this is the place to get it.
