    No Delivery at 8pm

8pm on a Wednesday night.....we stopped delivering for the night. That's what the girl told me on the phone......You have got to be kidding me!! Patsy's Pizza...NYC famous Pizza stopped delivering at 8pm......Not enough staff??? That's crazy for a pizza place or any restaurant in NYC. After reading some of the other reviews on the rude staff and now calling and they stopped delivering....I am over Patsy's. They are a joke.

It sucks that the pizza is so good.

I've been there a number of times, and the pizza is just plain incredible the waitstaff & management, however, are just plain mean. If you are not finished your meal (or drinks) by 11.30 on a Friday/Saturday, you are pretty much forced out of the restaurant by the manager... which is a little strange for a NYC restaurant... But I won't lie, the food is fantastic - I guess that's how they get away with treating their clientele like that.

    Good Pizza

We ate here and found the both the pizza and the service to be very good. We've eaten at a few other Patsy's in other parts of towns on previous visits to the city and liked them as well. The hostess was nice and helpfuloffered us a high chair before I could even ask. She also showed us where to park our stroller. Our waitress was nice and friendly and checked on us every so often. The bus boys were also nice and helpful. The pizza was delicious and I was happy to have the leftovers later! This particular restaurant seems to serve lots of families with small children and others in the restaurant didn't seem to be bothered by the noise. We'll eat here again on future visits.

    Pizza Place

This is a neighborhood pizza place. I don't understand why everyone rags on it. Granted, it can get loud when busy, but the food is great and I've never had bad service in 3 years. I usually get take out, and it is always ready in 10 mins flat. Best caesar salad around. Get over yourselves.

    incredibly poor service

It's a shame that a neighborhood establishment with potential such as this, has consistently poor service. Watiresses constantly make mistakes and then make no attempt at an apology. Surprising that a place like this can survive.

Why do I keep hoping it will change

The service is off the charts bad. The hostess is clueless as to how to seat people. She will seat two adults in the back room where all the kids are while there are tables open in the front area. Asked to move and she just shrugged and acted like she didn't understand english. The waitress charged us for a mistake order said she's sorry but has to charge. I was so angry I didn't even take the dish home. I have tried the place several times and each time I am disapponted by the dimwit hostess and could care less wait staff.

    Typican UWS

This place is typical UWS. Packed, but no reason for it. The food is, in a word, subpar. The hostess can be mean, the servers are non-existent, the food is mediocre at best, but the place is still packed. Despite all the recent additions to the UWS the fact that this restaurant is still in business is an example of how pathetic UWS patrons are.
