Totally worth it
I thought the pizza and the antipasto were great. Really great. I thought the service was just fine too. Not sure why there are negative reviews about the service, didn't experience any of that. The pie was perfect in every way. And the price matched the quality and portions. I will definitely be back.

Not worth it
With so many excellent pizza places on the Upper West Side (we love Dean's on 85th btwn. B'way and Amsterdam) Patsy's really can't afford to be so rude. The service makes it hard to enjoy the food and the delivery is worse. Tonight they unapologetically brought half of our order and when we called the restaurant to complain they did nothing to help. We would have been happy with an apology, but apparently even that was too much for this rude and overrated chain restaurant.

'we stopped delivering'?
Ok, the pizza is good... maybe the best on the UWS (which really isn't saying that much). But, the service is mediocre at best (the manager isn't nice). Moreover, who stops delivering at 7pm on a Sunday? Seriously, that is ridiculous. The weekday delivery times are even worse (stop at 7:30 or 8). Pizza is meant for delivery, and if you stop delivering at the dinner hour, you are doing a disservice to your patrons. Patsy's, you are not only lose my business by stopping the delivery early, you are losing customer satisfaction.

Service is a joke
Why do you need to ask us 8 times within 6 minutes (yes we timed you after the first 2 times) if we are ready to order? The restaurant is virtually empty, you are still seating people which means you are not trying to close the kitchen. Why are you stalking us. Wait. Now we have our order. Why can't we get another beer or soda to save our lives? Why did we have to get up from our table and come find you siting with the other people in the back? Nice. No thanks. Never again.

No Delivery at 8pm
8pm on a Wednesday night.....we stopped delivering for the night. That's what the girl told me on the phone......You have got to be kidding me!! Patsy's Pizza...NYC famous Pizza stopped delivering at 8pm......Not enough staff??? That's crazy for a pizza place or any restaurant in NYC. After reading some of the other reviews on the rude staff and now calling and they stopped delivering....I am over Patsy's. They are a joke.

It sucks that the pizza is so good.
I've been there a number of times, and the pizza is just plain incredible the waitstaff & management, however, are just plain mean. If you are not finished your meal (or drinks) by 11.30 on a Friday/Saturday, you are pretty much forced out of the restaurant by the manager... which is a little strange for a NYC restaurant... But I won't lie, the food is fantastic - I guess that's how they get away with treating their clientele like that.
