This resturant has failed in food quality, freshness, preparation, presentation, staff and delivery service. The resturant does not qualify as Italian cuisine.

Just like Italy, almost.
This place is just like italian pizzerias in Italy, pizzas are great, service is slow and cost is ok. I'm surprised about the delivery complaints I have been reading from other reviewers. This is thin crust pizza, it gets cold 5 minutes after it gets out of the oven, I would never want this type of pizza delivered. If you can't eat it there you should pick it up. And if you want italian style pizza, suck it up this is how it is at any pizzeria in Italy. Thumbs up for me.

Very Good pizza, needs to extend delivery
The best pizza on the UWS, since it's the only classic thin crust Margherita style, a'la Grimaldis/Lombardis. Other food is decent, but needs to deliver later - this IS NYC for pete sake.

Never had trouble--yet
I've not had any problems with them, and they are delivering to me right now at 8:40 pm. Perhaps they've had a change in management. They are a little pricey for the food quality, but their food is certainly par or a little better for the neighborhood. I'd recommend them for a family dinner. For a date night, I'd go someplace more interesting or higher quality.

Poor service
We've been ordering from here for years. They have never been particularly" warm" people, but we put up with it because the food is good. But tonight was ridiculous. We had the wrong food delivered. and asked to have the correct food sent over and they acted like it is our fault. That was a hour ago, still no food. They don't accept responsibility and are just plain rude.

Not recommended
We used to go to patsy's every week, and recently moved. We apparently live 1 block out of their tiny delivery zone (they deliver only 10 blocks). Respect the desire to stay local but did the guy have to HANG UP on us? This place is a joke if they think their clientele will stay loyal if they treat people so poorly. Food's good, but not worth being treated like you're a disturbance.

8 is too late?
Someone else mentioned no delivery after 9 - actually, just got off phone at 8:30PM and woman laughed when i asked for delivery - apparently no delivery after 8PM now. If you want a pizza delivered after 8, try Rigolleto. When i have ordered, don't even ask for something off the menu for delivery or in the restaurant. Don't want to see Patsy's become another dry-good store, but it stinks.
