Poor service
We've been ordering from here for years. They have never been particularly" warm" people, but we put up with it because the food is good. But tonight was ridiculous. We had the wrong food delivered. and asked to have the correct food sent over and they acted like it is our fault. That was a hour ago, still no food. They don't accept responsibility and are just plain rude.

We used to go to patsy's every week, and recently moved. We apparently live 1 block out of their tiny delivery zone (they deliver only 10 blocks). Respect the desire to stay local but did the guy have to HANG UP on us? This place is a joke if they think their clientele will stay loyal if they treat people so poorly. Food's good, but not worth being treated like you're a disturbance.

8 is too late?
Someone else mentioned no delivery after 9 - actually, just got off phone at 8:30PM and woman laughed when i asked for delivery - apparently no delivery after 8PM now. If you want a pizza delivered after 8, try Rigolleto. When i have ordered, don't even ask for something off the menu for delivery or in the restaurant. Don't want to see Patsy's become another dry-good store, but it stinks.

delivery problems
What place in NY doesn't offer delivery after 9pm?? I could get a Papa John's delivery in Anytown, USA later than that.

What Happened?
My husband and I went for dinner and was very disappointed. We have been going there for years and it has totally went down hill. The food was very average, the service was so poor - none of the staff cared about anything. Rude and uncaring and not very accommodating. I don't think I would bother to go there any more unless I want a really great cannoli.

Great Pizza
I am a picky pizza eater and usually get pizza from Bettola as it is fantastic. When my regular place was closed due to rennovations I gave Patsy's a shot. My ricotta, onion and suasage pizza was fabulous. I have ordered from here many more times since and have not been disappointed. Pizza is always tasty and piping hot!

I just don’t get it.
The Patsy’s in the wilds of East Harlem is able to offer good tasty food with a smile yet this Upper West Side cousin just continues to disappoint. I ordered pasta with sauce on the side, yet somehow the staff just can’t seem to get it right. What do I get? A pile of greasy creamy pasta that smells of rancid butter, tastes like it’s been baked in Crisco, and makes my arteries feel like they’re slowly clogging with each bite of nastiness I put in my mouth. Yet, this hasn’t been my first problem with them. Suffice it to say that every time I order something from UWS Patsy’s, they continue to disappoint me. I have had expired microwave food better than the slop this place serves. Why I have continued to keep giving them chances, I do not know. Do yourself a favor, skip this place altogether and order Italian from one of many other options of the UWS.
