The pizza base was burnt to a crisp. The draught beer was smaller than the bottled beer yet more expensive. No Italian experience here! Best avoided.

I love Patsy's pastas and salads, but I DO NOT LOVE the bright lighting. Seriously, why would anyone want to dine in a restaurant that is as brightly lit as an operating room! Maybe I'll just do takeout from now on, as the intrusive, blinding lights do not make for a cozy evening.

A cold day and in a cold restaurant. They need a double door in front to keep the wind out. Table near the window was a bad choice for comfort. Waitress service was good and the Sicilian salad came right out. That's because it was made the day before and was sitting in a refrigerator. The pizza arrived, after a short wait, with canned mushrooms and a trace of sausage on it. A thin layer of cheese and a frozen supermarket pizza taste. The Patsy's on the West Side is better. So much for chain pizza parlors. I know of only one worse pizza place on the East Side and they are both on my "bad food" list. Next time we get lunch from the Halal food stand on the corner.

This place used to be great, now I would never recommend it. Waitresses were completely oblivious to me and my family I waited 20 min to place an order! It wasn't even busy, I saw them giggling in the corner ignoring me and my family , on top of that she got the order wrong, the manger was unapologetic same as a waitress, what happened to that place? It used to be so good, but the food is still the best I love their pizza

I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs and fettuccine carbonara. They were both mediocre at best. The carbonara resembled an Alfredo with pieces of bacon. It was not at all what I expected. I had more authentic carbonara from Pizza Park.
