Spaghetti with a side of attitude!
Over the past 2 months, I've gotten delivery from here about 6-7 times. The food is decent and delivery has taken about 35-45 minutes. I called today to place my regular order and was told that they couldn't deliver to me anymore. Why? Because management randomly decided that the cut-off delivery area is one block south of where I live (79th Street). Despite the fact that I was going to order about $120 worth of food for my family, they would not go the extra block!! I think it's absolutely, 100% ridiculous. It's a block. Further, when I pointed out that I had food delivered from them less than a week ago, and asked when this new policy became active, the waitress had a really bad attitude. She said, "That was then. This is now."

What Happened?
So, you moved 1 block to a new location. Didn't any of your prior staff stay on? You gave my wife's dinner to another table; looked surprised when we expected to have what we ordered served; and no, a "free dessert" doesn't make it right.

From Bad to Worse
My family ate here on a particularly busy Sunday night. I tend to be pretty understanding and patient when a restaurant gets slammed, but there was no excuse for the "performance." We waited about an hour for our pizza, after being told it was "on its way," a couple of times. It finally arrived---half burnt. I'm not talking about a dark spot here or there--I'm talking about a crust of black char that was inedible. Our server didn't charge us for the pie--the very least she could do. In a town full of terrific pizza joints, it's a shame to waste your time and money here.

Never arrived
After waiting for more then an hour and assurance that the food would arrive within the next five minutes I finally called back and I was told cancelling was no problem as they had not made the pizza yet. The wait was disappointing, but the dishonesty will not be forgotten.

Pizza delivered in a plastic bag?
Pizza. Mmm. Hot. Loaded with toppings. Crusty! Why does this place deliver its pizza in a plastic bag. Did I accidentally order a steamed pizza? Heat + enclosed plastic = steam. Steam = soggy. Soggy does not equal pizza. Simple equation.

Freezing pizza
Past two times I ordered from here, the pizza arrived ice cold after an hour of waiting. I called to complain and the woman said that she would send another pie right over. When I called back a half hour later, the pizza still hadn't left yet. I received the second pie about a half hour later and it was Luke warm. Not as cold as the first, but certainly not hot. I've been ordering from here for a few years now, but I will not be order gnfrom them again. What a shame.
