We order from Patsy's a couple times a month and each time ordering (by phone) it's a comedy trying to convey our order to some fresh off the boat worker (typically Eastern European sounding)... repeating my self several times becomes tiresome. Will order online for now on

The first time we ate here we chose it because the wait at Serendipity (across the street) had a 2 hour wait. We had such a good experience then (2 years ago) that we made a point to go there again. We had a family salad, pizza and a few different pasta dishes that we shared - no sharing fee. Although one dish was incorrect, it was still good. Everyone enjoyed what they had and the service was very good, even though it was fairly busy. Added bonuses - complimentary unlimited bread and dipping oil and unlimited refills on soft drinks - not always a given in NYC.

Stayed in near by hospital and ordered out. Person on phone had an attitude and acted like he was doing me a favor taking this order. The pizza came cold and mushy. When my wife tipped the fence jumper who delivered it he gave her a dirty look, I guess he didn't like the 5 dollar tip.

I live on 55th & 3rd. I used to order from Patsy's regularly. I just called and asked for an order and they said they do not deliver to 55th street. Are you kidding me? 5 blocks? What a joke. Pretty good pizza, but might have to boycott moving forward.

We usually order from this Patsy's, but tonight, my family decided to eat at the restaurant. The service was awful despite the lack of a crowd. It was 8pm and the waiter said they had run out of bread!! Later, when we saw another table receiving a fresh basket, we complained, and they gave us some left over stale bread with an attitude. The food is ok, but nothing special for this neighborhood. Save yourself a ruined evening and go somewhere else.

This place is wonderful. If you avoid it during busy times you can relax and have a splendid time eating fabulous pizza. The basil is so flavorful and adds to the taste. I highly recommend Patsy's. (Beware: during the Holidays and Summer weekends a certain ice cream place down the street with outrageous wait times tends to cause a spillover of grumpy people who'd rather be someplace else into Patsy's. Ignore them and enjoy!)

The pizza is my favorite. I can just call them, and BAM!!! My dinner is done!
