Patsy's love
I just love love love their pizza especially margarita with ricotta and prosciutto . I was very surprised recently since I've been coming there for three years and service was always not up to the food quality, always delayed and not very nice but last Saturday all the servers were very attentive, our table was ready instantly even though restaurant was packed. So excellent food, great service , that place changed a lot !

Best location ever
I personally have visited three other Patsy's and this location in particular stands out the most. It's very close to Bloomingdales , Serindipity , Steve Maden and cinema . I had the best time with my family there . The service was excellent very friendly, I was greeted like I've been coming there for years . I got a very nice table upstairs , food was quick and delicious .... ahh New York style Pizza . And in the end the manager came to us asking how was our meal . Very surprised especially after I read past reviews , very happy .... Go Patsy's .

Not recommended
The service was wacky. Piling plates and huge bottles of oil on the table, placed right in front of the customer. The waiter service had no consideration when placing food on to the table. It was very odd waiter service. Then when we send the food back it was like we needed to explain why the food was disappointing. It's like the waiters had no idea why we would send the food back. The bread was stale. I order one dish and the waiter brought a different dish that he thought I would like. The pasta was drenched in oil. There was pool of oil in the bottom of the plate. The pizza was sub-par. The caesar salad was unappetizing. My impression of Pasty was more fast food service.

Cold and pre made
Just came back, always go to 116th. but decided to try this one as I live nearby. The Pizzas are made in advance, and then re heated which doesnt work well with fresh Mozzerela, the chef on Friday night at 930, just doesnt care...

Great pizza and pasta!! My fav is vodka pasta! Oh man I could eat it every week!

Always a winner
I eat at Patsy's fairly often, as I work nearby. Their pizza is good, the pepperoni is especially nice. My favorite pasta is penne alla vodka, and Patsy's has one of the best in the city. A tad pricey for the atmosphere and sometimes inconsistent service, but the food and portions never disappoint.
