Cold and pre made
Just came back, always go to 116th. but decided to try this one as I live nearby. The Pizzas are made in advance, and then re heated which doesnt work well with fresh Mozzerela, the chef on Friday night at 930, just doesnt care...

Rude
Awful service and they treat the place like a mcdonalds

Always a winner
I eat at Patsy's fairly often, as I work nearby. Their pizza is good, the pepperoni is especially nice. My favorite pasta is penne alla vodka, and Patsy's has one of the best in the city. A tad pricey for the atmosphere and sometimes inconsistent service, but the food and portions never disappoint.

Good pizza, need an english speaking person to answer the phone
We order from Patsy's a couple times a month and each time ordering (by phone) it's a comedy trying to convey our order to some fresh off the boat worker (typically Eastern European sounding)... repeating my self several times becomes tiresome. Will order online for now on

good option for Italian
The first time we ate here we chose it because the wait at Serendipity (across the street) had a 2 hour wait. We had such a good experience then (2 years ago) that we made a point to go there again. We had a family salad, pizza and a few different pasta dishes that we shared - no sharing fee. Although one dish was incorrect, it was still good. Everyone enjoyed what they had and the service was very good, even though it was fairly busy. Added bonuses - complimentary unlimited bread and dipping oil and unlimited refills on soft drinks - not always a given in NYC.

poor service
Stayed in near by hospital and ordered out. Person on phone had an attitude and acted like he was doing me a favor taking this order. The pizza came cold and mushy. When my wife tipped the fence jumper who delivered it he gave her a dirty look, I guess he didn't like the 5 dollar tip.
