Superb!
Patsy's arguably has the best pizza around. It's made the way it would be if you ordered it in Italy (so say my Italian friends), and is smothered in the BEST mozzarella cheese I've ever had. The only downside to this is that it's also one of the greasiest pizza I've had, but what's pizza without some grease? Service is nothing great, the waitresses/waiters tend to be very brusque and impatient.

Good Eats, Poor Service
I've always been a big fan of Patsy's, arguably one of the best thin crust pizza joints in the city. 99% of the time I get the pizza to go, but one day I went to eat there with my girlfriend. Now while I'm a fan of the pizza, I am DEFINITELY not a fan of the service. Aside from the busboy, the wait staff was unattentive (no drink refills, no "is everything ok can I get you something else") and the manager kept pacing by our table the whole meal. As I tried enjoying my pizza, waiters kept knocking into my chair (the table layout is poor planning at its best) with no apologies offered. The deafening music made conversation extremely difficult. Suffice it to say, the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Order out, but don't eat in.

Great food poor atmosphere
Good pizza and thats why I come back, but the atmosphere is subpar! Don't go here on a date, they play loud club music when you are trying to have a conversation. This is a place where you come in, eat, and then leave.

Great pizza, bad experience
We keep going back to the various Patsy's restaurants in the chain because the pizza is so good, despite being overpriced. This branch, however, is so unpleasant that we stopped going several years ago. Deafeningly loud, and deliberately designed to be so. Throats are sore from yelling, just to be heard. Poorly placed tables and chaotic service make for a frustrating experience. In the summer, they leave the floor-to-ceiling doors wide open, with the air conditioning on. This leaves it muggy, warm, with added noise and car exhaust from the street. Never again.

Looooove the thin crust pizza
If you come here for anything, come for the thin crust pizza, and you will not be disappointed. You will be served a hot pizza every time, topped with the freshest mozzarella, basil and tomatoes, not pizza sauce and grated cheese. If you are loooking for a greasy pizza fix, look elsewhere (Pizza Hut perhaps?). The pasta fagioli is good, nothing to write home about, but good, and you get an easily shareable bowl. Finally the atmosphere is pleasant, airy and the staff is attentive but not pushy.

Great pizza
The pizza here is really great. It is so nice to go to place that actually puts real mozzarella and fresh basil on their pizza. The salad is also really good, but unfortunately their pasta dishes aren't as good as their pizza. The atmosphere isn't that comfortable because the tables are really close together, but it is worth it for the pizza.

Best Fresh Thin Crust Pizza
And it is cheap. My boyfriend and I come her and spend a total of $18 for pizza and a drink and we are full. In the summer, you can sit near a balcony-like alcove, and it is really nice. I recommend it!
