I was at Patsy's a month ago and, after the most delicious meal, we found ourselves being the last ones left in the restaurant. We met the owner and his wife - they were so nice! They chatted with us about the restaurant history, the celebs who come there, and even gifted us bottles of their famous pasta sauce before we left. This place - and its owners - are true gems. Amazing food, beautiful decor, a special experience. Highly recommend!

There were 2 of us who wanted a good Italian meal, and this was recommended by a friend. We were placed at a table in the middle of the rest. But after ordering $8.00 ice teas rather than an alcoholic drink, we were ignored for the rest of the evening. We had to almost trip someone just to get water. The head waiter never visited the table after taking the order, and all the other wait staff did his work. Of course noted on the bill was a space to give a special tip for the head waiter. The food portion was not that great for the price. If you don't drink, don't expect to get any service!

Went with friends after a show, the ladies had heard about the place on T.V and had to try. "BIG" money! The food was good, but service was so- so, the help kept pushing our plates around this insane small table, and reaching over the top and across us because of the lack of room, got our dinners and had to ask for pepper or cheese -which was jar stuff, and each couple spilt a desert and with a Irsh coffee, and two teas and those bad boys along came to 52.00. on a 300.00 dollar tab- save your money- come to Jersey for a good Italian meal

This place is scandalously expensive for what you get. Saw it on Food Network and was expecting home-cooked meals but we got run of the mill tourist trap theater district food. This was one of the most expensive places we went on our trip and by far the most disappointing.

What an outstanding New York experience! My wife and I are avid foodies that caught an episode of Patsy's on the Travel Channel (277 Direct TV). We decided that we had to spend our 25th Wedding Anniversary in a place that created a flair for its patrons, and made it a wonderful experience for all those that dined there. As we entered the Restaurant we were greeted and to our surprise, there was no other than Beau Bridges and his lovely wife. What a start to the wonderful evening. As we were seated. The owner came over and congratulated us both on our 25th Anniversary, and he even took pictures with us. As we ate our dinner. Our server was superb. He brought us carrot cake and sang Happy Anniversary to us. At the conclusion of the evening, the owner came back to our table, gave us an autographed copy of The Patsy’s Cookbook, and wished us well. And did I mention that the prepared entrée’s were “Outstanding”. Our 25th Anniversary was made special, not by a famous restaurant, but by a loving family that loves what they do. I promised the owner that whenever I was in the area that I would certainly dine at Patsy's, and I positively intend to keep that promise. Thanks to the entire staff at Patsy’s Italian Restaurant.

We were greeted at the door and seated immediately. We had 9 people with us and everyone raved about the food. It was busy, but that didn't slow the waiters down. I love that it's a family owned restaurant and the whole family work it.The Food was delicious. a great place to eat when going to a show

I’m 68 years old and revisited Patsy’s on West 56th street in NYC last night where I used to eat with my parents and some of their friends every other Sunday night when I was growing up. I always ate a lot when I was a youngster and still continue to eat myself into a coma whenever the food is great… and last night at Patsy’s was no exception… great bread, great olive oil, phenomenal tricolore salad with homemade roasted peppers, the best fried zucchini anywhere, delicious striped bass marechiare, and pasta al dente with the marechiare sauce… and the waiter took special care of me… said he’s been at Patsy’s for more than 25 years. The real deal experience!
