    Over Priced

The food is ok at best. However the value is hopeless. The Chicken Parmigian cost $24.00 with no pasta. Pasta is pennies. Why not? The service was ok but a little pompous at times. This is a typical tourist trap in my humble opinion.

    Well worth trying

We loved it! We went for lunch with some friends who are visiting from Australia, and they were so happy we made it before they go back. My husband had the Chicken Cacciatore (this you can have boneless as well as traditional) and he loved it. The atmosphere is great as it's a warm friendly environment. I can't wait to go for dinner. PS: the Clams Casino appetizer is wonderful, and the desserts are to die for.

    First time at Patsy's

This was our first time at Patsy's and we will definitely return! A late supper proved that the food was excellent and the people watching even better. The Baldwin brothers -- Alec and Stephen -- came in and were seated two tables behind us and then P. Diddy made an appearance and was seated two tables to the right. Patsy's is a definite "must see" in NYC.

    Fans of patsy's restaurant

We've been going to patsy's for about 15 years at least twice a year. I just made reservations for sunday december 12 for 14 of us. Food is pretty good prices are a little high service is fine. We go to little italy section at times but we still prefer patsy's.

    Loud and Mean

Service? Rushed, unintelligible, and mean. Atmosphere? Loud -- you cannot hold a conversation there. Food? Not worth it. Seriously, there are so many better "authentic" Italian experiences in NYC -- find one, and enjoy.

    Disappointing in all areas

I was excited to go to Patsy's because of all the "talk" that this family owned Italian restaurant was so great and so many celebrities have recommended it, but was only disappointed. The service was not good. We were asked what we wanted to drink and we were not even offered a menu to see the wine list, so we asked for it and the waiter stalked us until we made a decision. We ordered salads, my husband the chopped and I the dinner and we were shocked to find a hair in mine sitting on top of a cucumber. We considered leaving when the waiter did not even apologize but decided to stick it out and eat our meals which were ordinary. My husband had the chicken marsala and I the chicken parmagiana. Food was overpriced by far and the atmosphere was ok. Not what we expected, very disappointing.

    Great Memory

Atmosphere could use some updating but service and food were wonderful. My mother and I went during her visit - I returned to dine 3 months later the host asked how she was!!
