    Bad Steak Night

I just had dinner there on Monday evening. The service was adequate but with no personality whatso ever. Both my date and I ordered steaks. The spring roll appetizer was quite good. My NY Strip steak was over cooked and tough. Hers, Au Poive, was cooked better than mine but still not not great. After paying the tab that came to well over $100 after tip I could never imagine ever going back. I would rather pay a few dollars more and get a good steak cooked to perfection at one of the local steakhouses.

    better than usual pub fare

have eaten here a few times and the food is actually quite good. The cheeseburger is excellent, little bit of char but still juicy with thick cut fries and so are the wings, and oddly, the Thai noodles. Authentic, unpretentious Irish pub with decent food.

    Great Food, Subpar Service

I went in for bunch. The prices are cheap. Food was great, i had the steak and eggs. I will not go back based solely on the poor service i received.

    Great Pub Food, And Pub

First of all, the food here is quite good, much better than the average pub fare. Huge portions and great, attentive service. The french onion soup is terrific - just be careful because it's hard to finish a meal after the soup. If you like spicy, you can get jalapenos on the side, and they are the hot ones! For the size of the portions (HUGE), the prices are great.
