Excellent Pastrami!
I know some people have given this place poor reviews, but I can only say that the last two times I've eaten here, I ordered the pastrami sandwich, and it was EXCELLENT. Not overly fatty, not too salty, and delicious tasting.

Embarrasing brisket and service
Long time delivery customer, just had a disappointing experience. Brisket sent was inedible, every piece fatty and chewy. and what's worse is i called to ask them to credit the sandwich, and was told they are looking at the brisket there and it looks juicy and delicious. to which i said, well, the brisket i just had was inedible, tasting like something a street corner vendor would sell. they said they would send someone to pick up the brisket and let me know if they agreed with me. say goodbye to a long-time customer. it's bad enough to deliver mediocre food, but to then treat me like a fool is unacceptable.

Great!
I have lived up here for over a year and didn't try this place bc of the poor reviews. Well, I just finished my DELICIOUS sandwich and knish and I'm telling you it's good! Sure, the prices aren't great, but the pastrami is delicious and tender...you pay the same or more at 2nd ave. (2nd ave is better than this, but still, its very good!), but none of them deliver to the UES. This place is legit, and the sandwich was excellent. $5 for a knish is a little offensive, but the pastrami sandwich was huge, and very tasty. I would definitely recommend this place for a UES'er looking for some quality pastrami.

Best Pastrami Ever!
It's a very pricy deli, but their pastrami is the best! Totally worth it. Love it! A pastrami with Russian dressing is a must have.

ugh
Unless you are looking for over-priced, inferior deli and the rudest service in the city, I would suggest that you stay at least 20 blocks away from this joint. And, do not order out - it takes over an hour to ready for deliver.

Really?
A $15 sandwich is not enough for one person. I don't mind prices when they match the product, but a sandwich here felt like a crime.

Pains me to say this...
But it pained me more to eat it, so I have to give this review. Pastami Queen claims to have the best pastrami. Nothing could be further from he truth. It's really not good. At least not the day I bought some. They also offer a seven layer cake. It tastes like bubblegum with a mealy cake texture. In other words, totally, and uterly disgusting. I almost feel like retching just thinking about it. I bought the kugel (they call it something else there) it was not good. Actually it tasted old. I ate a couple bites then couldn't bring myself to eat any more. All in all, I wasted about $60 at this place, and all I had to "enjoy" was a mediocre matzoh ball soup and a rather decent (and large) piece of apple strudel. Overall, very disappointing. I give Pastrami Queen two thumbs down, and a middle finger for having the nerve to hawk this ¢rap to unsuspecting but eager heebs like me. I'd be better off eating treyf.
