    Great pizza

I can't attest for that much on the menu but the pizza here is really good, and very reasonably priced. They are generous with the amount of toppings they put on too. Salads are good too for this type of establishment.

The one who knows italian food

I have lived in Murray Hill area for the last 10 years. I have to say I eat in and I order out at least 4 times a week. I have to tell u the food is great, and the guys working there they are great and very friendly .

    Pasta Vodka isn't the best...

I ordered the penne all vodka (a favorite dish of mine) and was quite disappointed to find out that the vodka sauce is 90% grease and 10% tomato sauce. Vodka sauce is supposed to be a creamy pink or orange sauce and this sauce was orange all right- the color of grease. It doesn't taste that good either- it's basically just plain pasta after you drain the grease. I don't recommend this place if penna alla vodka is what you're craving. I ordered from the 3rd and 45th location- not sure they all make their vodka sauce the same way, but it's a chain so who knows.

Solid - You need to know what to get

I really like this place. I've lived in the neighborhood for years but only recently started eating there. The slices are great, and the subs are also solid - my favorite has to be the Chicken Cordon Blue. Definitely recommended - just have reasonable expectations.

    Not recommended

Ordered the chicken parm expecting something tasty from this local Italian eatery - definitely not recommended. Chicken was overcooked and tough to eat...unfortunately, the pasta suffered the same fate.

    Not recommended

I ordered take-out based on the recommendation of Laura Dee (see below) I even ordered the dish she raved about (chicken scarpariella). It did not live up to expectations. Greasy, almost tasteless. Even the pasta itself was overcooked. My girlfriend ordered the Caesar salad and thought it was subpar.

    Great neighborhood joint

I order from here all the time, and they are great. Friendly, and quick with service, and probably the best authentic NYC pizza/pasta place around. The eggplant parm is great, and so is the putanesca.
