Poor customer service
I ordered delivery but the food never showed up. After calling to inquire, I was told it was MY fault the food never showed up. When I asked for a refund, the man on the phone was belligerent and hung up on me multiple times. Definitely avoid this place.

Delivery review
Prices were reasonable - but only if food is ok. I ordered a caesar salad & eggplant parmesan. The caesar salad had no anchovies. It said it did in the description, so I didn't order them additional. It was also a small salad - if I had known this, I would have ordered it for only $2 extra with the eggplant. The eggplant was not thoroughly cooked - it still had that bitter taste & wasn't soft enough. I had to put it in the oven to cook it more. Which after waiting the 40 minutes for delivery was not optimal.

Best in Murray Hill!
This place has amazing pizza. Especially their marinara slice...it's a must try. They also have great soups, bread, salads and pasta. You simply can't go wrong ordering from here, but trust me and get the marinara pie. It's so delicious!

Take out was inedible & late
We ordered takeout from this place on Sun 3/11, and the food was late by over an hour and inedible. Literally the pizza was stuffed into the corner of the box, with all of the toppings removed. Clearly the box had been dropped. The salad they sent was wilted. I'm ok with an occasional mistake, but what REALLY upset me was this restaurant's attitude when we requested a refund. It took four phone calls including one hangup.

SO GOOD it's becoming a problem!
BEST PIZZA in Murray Hill - hands down - and one of the best in all of NYC. I have always loved pizza (especially since I moved to NY), but I have also always been able to eat it in moderation. Till now that is! Pastafina's marina slice is TO DIE FOR and my once-a-week pizza 'cheat day' has now become a three times a week - or more -uncontrollable craving! Good and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! (Best for delivery - not a dining sort of place.)

Poor service
Three times in a row they have messed up my order. And each of the three times they have been unapologetic and actually confrontational. They offered a refund on the last time and then when I went to redeem it, they had no record of it. The food is definitely not worth it!
