I really like your restaurant but the last 2 times I have been there, each time bringing a guest, I have had an unpleasant experience. 5 or 6 minutes after the combination appetizer arrived the staff has said hurry up your main course has arrived- oh you are not ready? How long? The restaurant was far from full so there was no reason to hurry us (not that a full house would excuse that anyway) Furthermore after the main course when we were ready for dessert it was hard to find staff at all. I am not at all sure I will be back but thought you should know why. I came again because I like the food but such service is unpleasant and even embarrassing if one brings a guest. I send this with best wishes as I enjoyed the food and atmosphere.

My rather high expectations (based on rave reviews from [formerly] trustworthy friends), were met with mediocre food that was poorly seasoned. In fact, the mushroom stew (described inaccurately as curry) was so atrocious that I could have sworn it was Campbell's cream of mushroom soup. There are far better places for dinner in the neighborhood.

Good quality, delicious food and great atmosphere. Was dining with my friends on Tuesday night, we got a nice spot by the window. Had Eggplant appetizer which was amazing with fresh bread and for main course we shared Pars Special for two, which comes with two big plates of basmati rice. Our waitress was very attentive and pleasant. Will visit again.

These guys went out of their way. They delivered my food to Soho at no extra cost. Food was fabulous, great portions (not sure what the guy complaining about portions is on about), and high quality. This was a real treat!

Kabob was served with a couple of spoonfuls of rice. I asked for more rice and they charged me $5.95 for a few more spoonfuls. This is not how chelo-kabob is served. Food was mediocre; from appetizers to main courses. Ghormeh sabzi stew was so old it was blackish. Service? The gentleman who greeted us was very cheerful and nice but the waitress was very very slow and unprofessional.

Pars is one of my favorite places to have a good dinner. I love the bread, it is fresh and very delicious coming right to your table from the oven. Their Chicken Kebob is very juicy and tender and Beef Steak just melts in your mouth. Definitely recommend for anybody who likes middle eastern cuisine. The prices are pretty affordable for the quality of food and service.

really good food - chicken kabob was very tender - shrimp kabob was tasty too. Will order again soon!!
