This place has great breakfast and service. No matter if I'm eating in, or ordering for delivery. they're always on point with everything. thank God I only live 2 blocks away.

The food at this place is consistently decent, as diner food goes. And I love diner food. The burgers are good, the fries are good. Pretty much everything is good, and they have some fairly original options available for a diner. My one beef (no pun intended) is that they really need to get someone other than the Cookie Monster to answer the phone in the mornings. Instant headache. And far too often, there are order errors in unbelievably simple orders. Cut that out already.

I have to say that alot of times that I go I'm always satisfied. I love the breakfast and the dinner is delicious I really recomend this resturant!

The Park View is normally my go-to for weekend brunch. Serving breakfast until 4pm, it's nice to know my boyfriend and I can roll out of bed, roll down to the Park View and have a nice breakfast all for less than $15. Lately we've been enjoying their delivery. And, while I wish they had a few more diner staples like tuna fish salad and reuben sandwiches, it's still my go-to when I'm hungry and can't bring myself to make dinner.

I like this place - especially the tasty assortment of pub-style food on the appetizer menu. The servings are relatively generous and the prices are reasonable for NYC. My favorite dish is the nachos picante, which comes with salsa, guacamole and sour cream on the side. I order mine with extra cheese. Yum!

I meet a friend for breakfast here weekly. Love it!

Have been going to ParkView for years, nice place but the best is their breakfast. Usually very packed on the weekends if you don't mind the wait, its pretty good. The french toast with Strawberries is very good and so are the sweet potatoe fries.
