I know that's not saying much, considering the competition, but it's still meant as a compliment. They have a lot of unique beers on tap - love the Belhaven Scottish Ale - a really great menu with outstanding burgers and a chill, relaxed pub atmosphere. Service could be better, but it's not so bad as to affect your experience.

I live around the corner from this place and I have to say, I really love it every time I go in there. Yeah, the service can be a little slow at times but they have a friendly bunch of people and the food has never disappointed me. Try the grilled sirloin on Wed. nights (if you have the chance)...it will make your mouth water. The crab cake sandwich, BBQ sandwich and fried chicken will do the same as well. Great atmosphere and a HUGE section of beers to fill your stomach with. It's off the beaten path and thank God for that.

fish and chips: the fish was so thick it wasn't cooked through - chips looked great but were completely stale. mediterranian salad: no flavor, watery lettuce. service was warm and friendly - tap beer good but not enough for us to go back.

Great Burgers and Beer but the service is terrible. I had to flag down the staff after sitting at the bar for 10 minutes....on a Sunday night. Still my favorite burger in Park Slope but adding Steak Fries would make it even better.

The food is good the srvice is great the servers are quick and the desserts are great they make a great snickers cake ummmm delicious..and for the summer its wonderful they have outside seating and its just great and relaxing and very friendly.
