    Delivery Not Recommended

delivery from here took 3 hours. i'm sure that this amount of time is fine if you're ordering in preparation for tomorrow night's meal but don't order from here if you want today's lunch or dinner to arrive in a timely manner. receptionists were less than friendly.

    Nothing but the best

This place is where I go when I want the best kosher meat on the east side. The staff is always polite, even when the place is packed. The prepared foods are also good as well. They are great if you are looking for an easy dinner, or have to entertain people who are strictly kosher.

    Takes forever

I had one terrible experience and it put a bad taste in my mouth. I placed an order, they called me an hour later to tell me they didn't have what I wanted and kept me on hold for 10 minutes. This was a Monday at noon mind you. When I said I ordered an hour ago the woman rudely replied "yeah?". So I declined ordering something else I could have killed my own chicken and made soup in that time.

    Big Appetites Only

Last week I ordered a matzoh ball soup, Spanish rice, and 2 Chicken breasts stuffed with apples and cranberrries. There was enough food to feed 4, and I gave my friend the leftovers, which he said he was eating for the next 2 days. This was the 3rd time I ordered, it has always been more-than-enough food. I wasn't a huge fan of the wild rice dish I got (my friend liked it though), but all the meat and chicken dishes I've gotten have been delicious. I recommend this place for people with bug appetites.

    A mom's blessing

As a mom, I'm often too busy to cook from scratch or shop. I ordered the family size Matzo Ball Soup last week and I have to say it was the best I have tasted in a while. I called in the order that morning because I was going to be running late. The prices on the prime meats are a bit high but I can't find better meat. The shicken thighs with spinach and rice is great also. My kids love the chicken fingers. They are busy in the afternoons so it's best to call in the order but everybody is polite when I walk in the door. You can't beat good service and good food!

    poorest deliever ever

When I placed an order for the simple Matzo Ball Soup and asked the question, when can it be delivered? The answer was within three hours! I was charged an extra five dollars for an "express delivery" Outrageous. I would never order from this restaurant ever again. Save your money and find some place better.

    So disappointed

I placed an order online. The order was to be delivered for fathers day. I recieved one phone call message saying one of the items was not available. I returned the call saying that it was fine and please ship the order. A week later, no confimation email, no correspondence at all. I called and Inquired about the status of the order. It was deleted. Nothing was delivered. My father recieved nothing! I called and expressed my dissapointment. The person who answered confirmed they deleted my order and said they sent three emails which I never got. I asked if he was in my shoes how would he deal with it, and he said "I would just deal" and there was nothing he could do. So dissapointed. This manager disgraced the Kosher/Jewish community. So dissapointed!
