Great mexican
If you want real mexican food that is great and inexpensive this is definitly the place. The service was a little slow but the food is worth it. I will eat there again anytime. The delivery is also fast!

Very good food and fast delivery.
What more could you want? Food always tastes fresh. Takes a while to get your order down and they NEVER send a menu with the order but given the quality of the food and speedy delivery, the so so service is forgivable.

Super-fast delivery
I've never eaten in the restaurant, but sometimes get delivery because a friend of mine really likes it. I'm not crazy about the food??it's quite unremarkable??but delivery is super-fast (12 minutes ???no joke ?? and we live between Ave. B and C), it's really cheap, and they give you tons of it. The chips and guacamole are very good. The burritos are quite plain, but become more than acceptable if you remember to ask for some hot sauce on the side ?? I'm pretty sure it's home-made, and both the red and green are very good.

Came back and service was better
I tried it again, and this time, the service was good. Maybe they've worked out the kinks.

Great Food if they notice you
Amazing food, but I must say the "service" is shocking. Delivery is fine, and so is the counter service (except when they're out of of exotic ingredients, like beef) but the new sit down addition is a surreal experience. Occasionaly, a staff member may walk past your table.......then a half an hour later, you may be lucky enough to get some chips. If you can survive the wait without any members of your party fainting from hunger, the food is great.

little in the front big in the back
good owners, solid entrees and credit cards makes this the BEST tex-mex in the east village hands down. Great outside eating during those hot days. What started as a small take-out place has grown to a restaurant/bar/oudoor east village must. tell your friends it really should be as crowded as mary anne's.
