My friend and I dined at Padre Figlio recently. The staff was very nice and the service prompt. I had a seafood salad which was excellent and the bass for dinner, also very good. I really enjoyed the meal. Unfortunately my friend did not have the same opinion. She did not like the crab cake (neither did I) and she was not overly delighted with the pasta and lobster. I did like the restaurant but I spent twice as much as I normally would at another restauant of the same calibre.

We went there when they participated in voucher program. The steak was as good as any Steak House and the seafood was fresh and prepared perfectly. All the fresh pasta we had can't be beat, but stick with the half portion unless you want it as the main course. A bit pricey but well worth it , escpecially knowing you wont be RUSHED.

The food is the reason to go! Every dish ppl ordered at our table was delicious. The special black linguine with lobster fra diavolo was some of the best pasta I have ever had. All the desserts were great as well. Though our waiter was knowledgeable about all the dishes and very helpful, I was surprised the service bc it wasnt what you would expect from such a nice establishment. As the sole woman in my lunch party, I was never served first or given the menu first. The main dishes also came out at different times. Not a big deal, but just surprising given the apparently calibre of this restaurant. But would definitely return for the food!

My friends and I went to this restaurant because we read great reviews on menupages. The food was good, some dishes better than others. My husbands lump crabmeat was not fresh and my fish was overcooked. The meat dishes were prepared well. Side dishes are excellent. However, the service was sub-par for this type of restaurant. They might have been understaffed, although the evening started well, the waiter eventually disappeared, never asked how our food was or if we needed anything else, and sent the bus boy to take the dessert orders. We would probably have considered returning to this restaurant because of the food, however, the lack of attention gives us pause.

Never smothered but always attended to. The flavors were spot on and the desserts were fantastic. Thank you for a very nice Valentines.

We are from Boston and have been twice...each time gets better as we try different entrees and appetizers...the quality of food is excellent; the grilled Dover sole is unbelievable!...the service is exceptional; we went recently with family and friends who will return with friends of their own...doesn't get much better while being a comfortable nice place to dine!

Dining here for the first time last night was a good experience. Service was wonderful. The decor could use a ton of improvement as it still looks like an old chinese restaurant. Appetizers were a seafood salad and the ceasar salad. Main courses were the seared/blackened tuna (done very nicely), the t-bone and a pasta with steak. We were all pleased with how the food was prepared and it is a nice spin on the regular steakhouse
