I ordered the Pad Thai and I have to say that was the poorest Pad Thai I've ever had. The noodles were lightly brushed with seasoning and some had no seasoning/sauce at all. The noodles were gummy and stuck together...really unpleasant and difficult to eat. I wasn't even able to eat 1/2 of my food...I read the reviews and decided to give it a try anyway, but I got burned. Do not waste your money (or time) on this restaurant.

My family eat here on 10/10/10. I had the Pad Thai and it waf very good. They staff was friendly, and co0ked up a special off menue dish for my 5 & 10 year old that they enjoyed. Will definately eat there next time we are in NYC!

BLAND! No taste. Not sure why the quality of the food is so low, but they've been subpar for a while! Over the last 6mos. I was going maybe 2-3x/mo and but had to stop b/c the tasteless food wasn't a fluke!

I have ordered from Pad Thai 3 times during the past 6 months. I paid with a credit card, like I usually do when I order delivery. The space on the reciept where you alocate the TIP amount was altered, by 2 seperate delivery boys. The police attempted to help but the delivery boys disappeared. Also, the restaurant will not refund anything saying that the $ has already been given to the employees as TIPS ($3 was changed to $300, and $4 was changed to $40) The money was given in cash to the delivery boys at the end of the night by the manager. A friend has ordered from here as well, and this happened to him one time only from here (he has ordered 2 times). The restaurant will not refund any money, and the NYPD cannot step in. My credit card company is investigating this.

Having ordered previously from this restaurant, I expected portions like the non-lunch menu sized pad thai that I had previously ordered and very much enjoyed. I ordered today, however, ginger chicken from the lunch menu and rather than having the rice served separately in a separate container, it was served in the tray were the ginger chicken should have been served, essentially filling my tray and leaving only about 1/4 of the tray with actual ginger chicken. I'm extremely disappointed as it tasted delicious but was barely a 1/4 serving of food. A total rip off in my opinion and a shame as I would have ordred from here regularly.

Not only was the food cold on arrival but the quality was beyond poor. I ordered Pad Thai and Beef Satay, the noodles were soggy and the beef tasteless.

I had a great meal from this place and would deffo recommend. I had spicy mango chicken and pineapple fried rice. It was yummy. The food was delivered in 15 minutes, I was amazed.
