This restaurant doesn't use inferior products per say, its just as bland as matzo bread. I don't know if they've been told this but Mexican food explodes with flavor and that's why it's so popular. They do nothing to there meats...not even a sprinkle of salt.

I ordered delivery. With another commitment I asked the delivery time and was told 45 min. At 55 minutes I called and was told that the delivery left 5 minutes ago. At 1 hour and ten minutes when I called again I was finally told "we only have I delivery guy. I received my food 1 hour and 16 minutes after placing the order with a supposed 45 minute delivery time. THE FOOD WAS COLD. They took no ownership for where they had problems. and the impact(s) to me. I wouldn't ever recommend this restaurant. Dave

Delivery was really shaky, wrong orders, long wait time, the taco's were decent so we decited to Dine in and see how the did. First and foremost the drinks unless you order pre mixed are soo bad. We have given this place 3 dine in chances, and honestly we don't get how they stay open. The quality just seems to go further down with every visit. They lost us with the last visit.the service , food, and drinks were inedible

We ordered food at 9 o'clock, it was delivered at... 10.30. Called 3 times, twice was told that it's out for delivery, mind you we live max 10 mins away. Asked for 2 of the dishes not to be spicy (specified for kids). Everything was very spicy, asked for meat - charged, but no meat. Extra cheese - no cheese at all! And it's far from being the 1st time it happened. When we first ordered from them, a year ago, it was great. But over time they got worse and worse. We gave this place alot of chances to improve, but we've had it.

Paco's Tacos is trying really hard to recover from their poor reputation, and it shows. They're making some huge improvements in the atmosphere, and their service. The food can be a little hit or miss. Not crazy about the cheese on the nachos, (the guacamole is good though) but all of their quesadillas and salads are excellent. The corn fritters although expensive, are truly incredible and are definitely worth ordering occasionally. I would recommend picking up your order. I've had food come as quickly as 15 minutes, and as long as 90, though I've seen a general turn for the better recently.

Food was not worth the price. Rice was dry meat was disappointing. Drinks are pure water and alcohol.

I ordered my Late lunch today with this place via GrubHub. I was super excited about this place b/c I'm a huge foodie in generally. I thought I ordered the following: 1)Fajitas Chicken Burrito- Strips of tender chicken breast sauteed with garlic sauce, bell peppers and onions, with cheddar and jack cheese on the top and pico de gallo on the side. An overstuffed 12" tortilla with rice, beans, salsa and fresh Monterey Jack and cheddar cheese. (sounds so appealing doesn't it) 2)Ground beef taco(crispy) HOWEVER..... what I received was a tortilla with chicken and melted cheese(no rice, no beans NADA! ZIP! ZILCH) and a half soggy taco!! Very disappointed. I wouldn't suggest ordering from this place, as they obviously can not cater to those of us who prefer delivery. Not to mention they were 20 minutes later then ETD on Grub Hub. Thanks for an interesting lunch Paco Tacos!
