    All Around Negative Experience

I took my friends from Florida here for fresh seafood. Boy, were we disappointed. The lobster was small for the $38 price. On the menu it states it comes with veggies, which really means 3 pieces of broccoli and one piece of kale. The service was subpar, the hostess had on ripped jeans, and the sangria tasted like a super dry red wine with a few pieces of fruit tossed in. We won't be returning

    Good view, poor food

We went here for the taste of downtown $20 prixe fixe menu, so we thought they'd try to impress with the food. Not so. Every item was subpar, from the overcooked ahi tuna to the overcooked and bland salmon, to the fake creme brulee and $3 lukewarm coffee. Their drink menu is geared toward a summer crowd, with margaritas and a pacific rum runner. It's 40 degrees outside, there's no way I'm paying $9 for a frozen drink. The ambiance was a little tacky; I definitely wouldn't take anyone here to impress them. But my $7 vodka tonic was tasty and a good size, so that and the seaport view are the only two reasons to come here.

    Beautifully decorated, poor food

Combine a beautifully decorated restaurant with friendly service and poor food, and you have the Pacific Grill. My shrimp cocktail was not good, I couldn't even chew it since it was like leather and the shrimp was not fresh. I sent it back. Twin lobster tails were the size of 2 scallops and was also impossible to cut or chew. The vegetables were not fresh and the lemon was dried up. My coworker got the pasta special which featured the same poor shrimp. One bite and he sent it back. The waiter was kind enough to take the shrimp cocktail and the pasta special off of the bill. Not a good experience.

    Excellent

This is the best place to have food and drink. Try the lobsters.

    Nice for a date

Nice location on seaport but regular over-priced tourist menu. Staff was friendly and attentive, which made the $9.00 cocktails a bit more acceptable. Live top 40/hiphop dj on friday brought in a good crowd.
