    Fish Joint "Cheezy"

didn't notice the automatic tip added untill i was about 40,000 feet over Penn! the food was ok but small portions the service was ok considering how busy it was the place was noisy as a tug was tied next to us and running the food was over priced! the corp that ownes this place seem questionable

    A Good Dinner

My husband and I had a good dinner here on a Saturday night, around 8:45..got a table outside by the railing. He had a burger and loved it better than most burgers he has when we go out, and I had the fried oyster sandwhich which was a treat and it was good. Hubby had a soda, I had the famed miami vice frozen drink. The service was fine, nice wait staff, we really had no complaints. Bill was $43 including tax and their built in gratuity. We didn't think it was a high bill considering all things.....a dinner in the City outside by the water at a restaurant with decent atmosphere, service and food.

Thank God the view was good

My daughter, son, granddaughter and I spent the day at the Seaport and decided on the Pacific Grill.. What a ripoff!! The food came before our beverages did which told us everything was close to pre-made. The kid's menu consisted of items costing $8-$10 and didn't include a beverage. Gratuity was included (15[%]) which was Ok but the bill came to $84.35 and they rounded it off to $85 (65 cents in their favor)cause we received $3 change.. The food wasn't anything to brag about. A total tourist trap.. Never Again!

    yummy food

I really enjoyed my meal here. We had the thai mussel pot, which was excellent, fried coconut shrimp which were very good, and creme brûlée, which was ok. I would definitely go back again, especially if the weather is nice (which it was) - you have a nice view of the seaport/water.

    Would go back

I had a good experience there. Management might have changed because all of the staff appeared courteous and friendly. The food was really good - I had the fish and chips and my bf had the sirloin burger- bost of us agreed it was good- it is a little expensive and if the weather were nicer, it would have been more enjoyable. It could use a little decorating considering they charge a lot for the food but overall, I would go back there again.

    Nice experience at the port!

We found the restaurant very impressive in a brilliant location. Service was very good and prompt. Menu was comprehensive and was great value for money. Really enjoyed and would definitely go there again.

    Not recommended

The food is mediocre at best and quite pricey. Our server found it difficult to crack a smile. This place was not at all worth it. I work nearby and usually just stick to the happy hour drinks which are decent, both in terms of price and quality; but a co-worker went to the restaurant yesterday and had an unpleasant experience, one that marks the end of my happy hour trips to Pacific Grill. Yesterday, when my co-worker stopped by Pacific Grill to have a drink and then decided to get something to eat, she asked the bartender if the happy hour prices were honored at the tables. She was told that they were. Then, just to make sure that the bartender was not mistaken, my she asked the hostess if happy hour drink prices were honored at the tables. Again, the answer was yes. Unfortunately, however, when the bill arrived, the drinks were listed at regular price. The manager refused to come over to the table, the hostess simply apologized for the mix-up, and in the end, absolutely nothing was done to correct the mistake. These people obviously do not know how to treat their customers and don't deserve your business.
