    Pacific SHRILL!

STOP! WARNING! It sounds so nice waterfront dining..seaport. waterview? food is just ok, however, the boats at the dock can actually shake your plates as they idle, and they idle noisily for 20 minutes or longer while you sit silently after your throat gets rough from screaming across the table to try and converse with your company! Its not like you are getting any deal here- you are lead to believe this is a waterside scenic restauraunt- oh contare!, a tourist trap at the least, if you know anything about "fine dining or good little spots without the premium" this place actually... SUCKS!! it's a word i love to hate - but had to use it here. Walk around and for the same price find some of the off beat places on the side streets that look much more welcoming and cozy or there was always our favorite Carmine's in the "old days" although I cannot tell u how that is now because after the "kids" we havent been there in years. but it still looked better to us than that pacific place

    disappointing

I just had dinner there- it was a Sunday night and they were pretty empty. The place looked clean but that's about all it had going for it... Wait staff was wearing their coats indoors and was about as inattentive as they come. Waitress left before we finished giving our order and that's the last time we saw her. We had to find another waiter to give the rest of our order to. Not surprisingly at this point- the service/food was poorly paced and the entrees came out immediately after the apps and they didn't even clear the dishes from the apps. Every dish we ordered was not good- from the tomato and mozzarella (tomato was raw and mozzarella stale) to stake sandwich (stake was way too overdone and too fatty and the roll was cold) and then cesear salad (dressing was bottled and shrimp were frozen). They even add the tip to the bill so your stuck paying the 15%. And to top it all off (as other reviewers have mentioned) ff the food is insanely overpriced There are tons of better seafood restaurants with a view if that's what you're looking for

    Worst Place to Waste Money

Plain and simple, that atmosphere is poor, unless you count being at the Seaport a great atmosphere automatically. Secondly, the waiters have no clue what they are doing. Third, and this is big ladies and gentlemen, the food is not good at all. I paid $22 for a Shrimp and fries basket. Now for that price, you'd expect at least a couple decent shrimp. What I got instead was 6 frozen shrimp. That's right. My girlfriend got the Crabcake sandwich for $16, and that was also obviously frozen and deep fried to a crisp. Please people, do not waste your money at this establishment. And to add insult to injury, these guys illegally add gratuity to the bill.

    Fish Joint "Cheezy"

didn't notice the automatic tip added untill i was about 40,000 feet over Penn! the food was ok but small portions the service was ok considering how busy it was the place was noisy as a tug was tied next to us and running the food was over priced! the corp that ownes this place seem questionable

    A Good Dinner

My husband and I had a good dinner here on a Saturday night, around 8:45..got a table outside by the railing. He had a burger and loved it better than most burgers he has when we go out, and I had the fried oyster sandwhich which was a treat and it was good. Hubby had a soda, I had the famed miami vice frozen drink. The service was fine, nice wait staff, we really had no complaints. Bill was $43 including tax and their built in gratuity. We didn't think it was a high bill considering all things.....a dinner in the City outside by the water at a restaurant with decent atmosphere, service and food.

Thank God the view was good

My daughter, son, granddaughter and I spent the day at the Seaport and decided on the Pacific Grill.. What a ripoff!! The food came before our beverages did which told us everything was close to pre-made. The kid's menu consisted of items costing $8-$10 and didn't include a beverage. Gratuity was included (15[%]) which was Ok but the bill came to $84.35 and they rounded it off to $85 (65 cents in their favor)cause we received $3 change.. The food wasn't anything to brag about. A total tourist trap.. Never Again!

    yummy food

I really enjoyed my meal here. We had the thai mussel pot, which was excellent, fried coconut shrimp which were very good, and creme brûlée, which was ok. I would definitely go back again, especially if the weather is nice (which it was) - you have a nice view of the seaport/water.
