Amazing
Amazing is an understatement. The staff here is amazing as well as the food. I ordered the lobster, fresh out of the tank, and it was fantastic. The owner was very nice and friendly and checked on us to make sure everything was okay. He noticed out drinks hadn't been filled by our waiter and requested to remove the drinks from our tab while still providing us refills, who else in NYC would do that?! Great location, needless to say my wife was satisfied, and so was I.

Poor Service
My son and I went to eat here one night and ate inside near the bar and it was not crowded at all. We ordered the kids meal and clam chowder soup and shrimp cocktail. After 10 minutes the soup and the shrimp cocktail arrived and they tasted ok. After we finished the appetizers I asked the waiter to order more food as the kids meal had yet to arrive and we waited for 20 minutes for the waiter to return. No one came so we waited another 20 minutes and my son was so hungry and the waiter finally came and we asked when is the kids meal coming, and he said the kids meal still did not even cook yet, and he asked us to wait another 10 minutes. We decided to just pay the check and leave and find another restaurant to eat. I can't believe that after 30 minutes they did not even start to cook the kids meal! Very disappointed.

Fish & chips- disappointing and greasy
Showed my friend the view from the top landing of South Street Seaport, where they have those great, old lounge chairs. Decided to stop at one of the River front restaurants to enjoy the beautiful view...Clam Chowder was gelatinous, with nary a clam in sight...and we had to laugh when the fish and chips came out...it looked like the chips had been under a heat lamp for a few days, sweating grease. We complained to the manager and did not pay (left a tip...not the waiter's fault). It's really a shame, that they have such a gem of a location in one of the best cities in the world, and they choose to serve crap food. Next time I'll eat a fish sandwich on one of the chairs on the upper deck and call it a day.

Amazing!
So me and my two best friends are huge fans of seafood so we went to check out this place Pacific Grill. Amazing, the food was worth every penny we spent, I had a shellfish basket that has all kinds off shellfish and a lobster tail, my friends had a grill lobster and a tiger shrimp and their drinks such as big apple martini and bahama mama are awesome, definitely coming back with my boyfriend this time! All the waiters were friendly, and great service! Finally found my favorite seafood spot in NYC. I recommend everyone to try it!

Makeover magic
I almost didn't go to this place last year because of poor reviews on sites such as this. I ended up having a blast, the menu was new as was the decor. Friendly staff was always looking out and the food/drink prices were amazing given the quality. I've gone here several times since and brought quite a few folks with different tastes - 95% of them enjoyed everything. It's really nice on a warm night with the city lights and sounds of the water. There's ridiculously warm weather in nyc right now so I'm going there for lunch. If it's summer and you have a bunch of peeps, reserve a couple tables the day before.

Good choice
Went for dinner with wife and two sons (26 & 19) on my birthday yesterday after seeing BODIES exhibit. We all enjoyed our meals. Son and I got blackened tuna which was served rare as requested and sat ontop of a delicious slaw. Wife got mixed grill which was large (lots of chicken, nice-sized beef ribs, and a skewer of ~ 6 shrimp) and had a very tasty barbeque sauce. Other son had the steak sandwhich and enjoyed it. My only complain, and pet-peeve, is that they do not provide refills on iced tea or coffee. How do they get off charging $3 for those drinks and not even provide a second glass/cup??? they could serve you 5 and still make $$$$!! Hate that!

Amazing view, even better seafood!
My husband and I went there this past weekend and were very thrilled with our experience! The staff was friendly and attentive and the food was to die for! We started off with crab cake appetizers and my husband got lobster for his main course and I got the new York strip (cooked perfectly)! For dessert we shared the chocolate cake which is mouth watering! The frozen drinks are also very good! All in all amazing service and great affordable food! Would definitely dine here again!
