Very very rude delivery people, this has happened one more than a few occasions. I always tell myself to give them a second chance since the amount of food you get for the money is good, but each time I regret doing so. I want to love them, but they make it really hard.

Everything we ordered for 6 people was really poor quality. I never throw away food, but this time we had to. Food was inedible. Vegetable tempura was greasy, sesame chicken was re-heated and chewy, scallion pancakes were unappetizing. And delivery took almost 1 hr. never again.

I stopped ordering from Ozen a couple months ago after yet another order gone wrong. Tonight I gave them another chance, asked a LOT more questions about what i was ordering... and it was still wrong. When i called back to complain-- the manager said I didn't know what I ordered... again. This has happened before of course... and no matter what I "understand" on the menu, or how many questions I ask... I'm still screwed -because even the wrong food they send -is cold and late... and not good. So why would I order from them. Ever again.

Ordered from Seamless; the 3-roll for $11 lunch. California rolls were very good. Comes w/miso soup & small sald.

One of the main reasons I love seamless web is that I can write directions, in advance, and even explain the best building entrance for entry to the elevator. *These are simple directions, mind you, so I couldn't believe the nerve of the delivery guy, who waited on the street outside my building called 5 times in 15 minutes trying to get me to come down rather than him come up, all the while claiming not to understand me. These directions are: Go to the right, make first right aka southern entrance. I have a broken leg, and can't actually carry food so could not be flexible on this, and literally had him stop strangers on the street and give them the phone (he only did this after ten minutes) and show him the way. In the last calls, the people said to him "you are right in front of the building" before he had a chance to hang up. He still didn't want to come up. I asked if he'd rather deliver to my door, or just take the food back to the restaurant, because those were his options. When he finally *did* arrive, I noticed he was carrying an extra bag not intended for me. I don't want to think how long theirs or my sushi was out in the hot sun waiting for him to decide it was worth the time to lock up his vespa and actually *deliver* the food I had already tipped well for. It was really poor treatment, when he actually arrived, he spoke in complete sentences to me, which just makes it even harder to believe he was plain incapable of entering the building, but were that the case, shouldn't someone at the restaurant been able to translate the directions written for him into a common language?

Have dined in and had delivery from seamless-very fast delivery. Very yummy chicken satay -fresh and juicy- 4 huge skewers- really could be a meal- my husband loved the sushi-also fresh. Very spicy tiger sauce if you like that. Also huge and tasty egg rolls. We love this place

I ordered the 2 roll lunch special, which is $7.75 and comes with Miso and a salad. I also got a glass of wine (very generous pour). It was $15! And absolutely delicious.
