Good, not quite good enough
Though their fresh juices and lemonades are fantastic ... probably the best in Brooklyn, I cannot get past their horrible hours! You would think a coffeehouse would open early ... they would do so much more business (especially from me) if they opened at 7am! In the city that never sleeps this coffeehouse could use some more caffeine, maybe then they could stay open longer.

Depends who's working
Although it is nice to have a coffee shop in the neighborhood, this one seems expensive. I like the vibe in there, but a small coffee and a bagel with lox cost me almost 10 dollars. Maybe it's better to eat at home, and just go in for a cup of coffee or a drink.

always a pleasure
the best of the limited offerings in the immediate neighborhood, i always have a pleasant experience there. the coffee is great, of course, but the friendly and good-looking staff add a lot to the mix. the space itself is low-key and cozy, and even if the music being played isn't my favorite, it's always offbeat and enjoyable. kinda like outpost itself.

Great Coffee, Great Atmosphere
Also the best WATERMELON LEMONADE in town. And darn good Chili, too!

Awesome coffee
The best coffee in the neighborhood, and a great place to just chill. Nice backyard that's open in the spring, summer and fall.
