I went here with three other people on a recent Friday night and had one of the poorest dining experiences in a long time. Firstly, the service was subpar and, even though we arrived after 9:00 and the restaurant was not full, it took the waiter more than 15 minutes to come by and take our order. Another 15 minutes went by before our soup arrived. When it did, my friend tried to pawn off his wonton soup on me, saying it tasted funny. (I mean, how do you mess up wonton soup?) The minced duck in lettuce leaves looked and tasted like a pile of mush and the spareribs tasted like bbq sauce had just been brushed on before serving. We were just hungry and looking for a decent meal, nothing more. What a waste of money. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

The food is some of the better take out in the area, that is if you can get past the rudeness of the people taking the order. They also get the order wrong about 20% of the time. If you can deal with all of that then you will usually get something worth eating that isn't to greasy.

I usually order take out for lunch from Our Place and have always been very impressed with the quick delivery and tasty food. However, they seem to have changed their lunch offerings; the quality of the food is not as good as before, and they now charging $1 extra for soup. Also, my delivery was over half late late and was cold when it arrived. I am no longer impressed with this restaurant.

Consistently tasty. Always quick delivery. The noodles and the eggplant are wonderful, this coming from a carnivore!

My wife and I ate at Our Place this month and had high expectations because the restaurant looked clean and the prices were very high for Chinese cuisine. What we found is that it serves the most unappetizing food because the sauces are just disappointing. A Sezchuan dish that was described a hot and spicy was not just blandly tasteless, but it had no spice whatsoever. I called the manager over and he apologized and was kind enough to bring over another dish. The portions were also rather small. Nobody in the restaurant seemed to be enjoying themselves, and most tables were empty at 8:00pm. We will not go back to this restaurant ever.

Reading the menu it sounded great. The staff was friendly and service was good. We ordered in. Then we opened the food containers. The spare ribs were spare chunks. The sauce was good but cutting up the ribs with the bones is unappetizing and stingy. Piecing them together it's like getting 2 whole ribs for 9.95. The other dishes we ordered were cold and nothing as appealing as described in the menu. We were looking for great Chinese, this is not OUR PLACE.

I am pretty sure this chicken was not cooked today. Meaning, it was made yesterday and refried today. I tasted very little chicken-- it was inch-thick rock hard batter. Kinda like when you reheat leftovers in a microwave. Unappetizing salad. More unappetizing than airport food and frozen dinners. And not cheap! Not up to par with your basic neighborhood hole-in-the-wall takeout place. But costs a lot more! Never going back.
