Excellent
I really think that this is the best place in the area that is why I decided to make this comment, the last tree times I order delivery everything was wrong, the first time my burger was overcook, the second time I order a chicken parmessan and it was very cold and very late, the last time I order a chicken frances and it was tasteless and also very late, now iam not going to give up because I really love your food but what going on, you have do something because we want you to stay in the neighborhood.

Not for delivery
I regularly order the NY Strip for delivery. It is perfection, however don't order this if you are hungry. The wait time is ever increasing. I have waited and hour and today it was an hour plus and by plus I mean more than 15 mintues. It's not worth it. You snack on everything in the house before your food gets to you. Just thought you guys would want to know. They also print your whole credit card number and expiration date on the reciept if you pay with a card.

great restarunt
This restaurant is the best there is in New York the food is amazing the service unbelievable and not to mention the atmosphere there is nothing about this place that i dislike the only thing that bored me was that today i notice that there was no water served ready at my table if theres one thing this restaurant has is that unlike many others they do not push you into buying there other drinks i enjoy having a glass of water without having to ask for it other then that minor detail i love going to this restaurant

best place on the upper east side
I went to Ottomanelli's NY Grill for my Birthday with some of my friends. I had a great experience there the food was awesome, the service was great and the restaurant look nice and casual

Give them your business
You won't be disappointed. They're direct, friendly and the food is fresh and excellent. The Grill is a superior restaurant to the other Ottomanelli's near 85th St., which sometimes won't deliver (I'm not sure why) and are rather unfriendly. Here, you are a customer and they care about making you happy. The burger is fat & juicy, the salads are huge, the bread is only ok, but everything else is absolutely worth it.

Family atmosphere and amazing food!
I frequent Ottomanellis on 93rd and Lex often with my 10 month old daughter and we absolutely love both the food and atmosphere. There were some renovations done that make the restaurant look even better than before...and of course the food is still amazing! It is always hard to find places where kids are not only accepted, but welcomed yet Ottomanellis is exactly this kind of place. Each time I enter Ottomanellis, both my daughter and I are greeted with big smiles and huge plates of delicious food! There is no snobbiness here!! Thank you for giving my daughter and I a place to relax, eat, and enjoy a night out on the town!

Best place in the city
I agree with you, the restaurant did get nicer in the evening , but I think that it is much more comfortable. but if you were observant you would have noticed that the prices have not changed regardless of the obvious improvements in the atmosphere of the restaurant. As a single parent I love going there with me two boys for lunch and going there in the evening for a date. This place is GREAT! The food is AWESOME!
