Mixed Bag of Thoughts
Let me start the review by saying burgers are a TOUGH food to deliver. However, I am not quite sure if that was my problem. I got the "Wisconsin" aka your standard Bacon CheeseBurger which comes with Fries. I'd like to waive the "it's ok to have a soggy bun given the circumstances but why cant they just put it in Also, all the food inside was ICE-COLD. Being as hungry as I was, I sucked it up and dug in without a complaint. The actual burger was SO GOOD that I can only imagine it to be one of the best if I had a dry bun and everything was hot. Fries were good too however there were only about 7 of them in there. Had it not been for the size of the burger I'd still be hungry. Bottom line, I'd give this another shot but would tell them this time it needs to be hot.

Great Place
I absolutely loved it. Stake was excellent. My level of satisfaction was very high with this place.

Great food for this CT family
Great Food!!! Got their name and read reviews and had to try it. Was in the city for the day with family and it was great!!! But the place is really small and filled quickly on a Sunday for brunch. But the food is the best!!! We will go again, but will make reservations because it is hard to get a table for four. Great food and we will be back!!!!

What a find!
We've lived in the neighborhood for about 5 years, but for some reason, we never made it Ottomanelli's -- until tonight. Great dinner, great service, great prices ... we will definitely return (maybe tomorrow!)

always reliable friendly take-out :)
people that answer the phone here r always soo friendly and helpful if u r undecided.. Service is also VERY FAST. which is also good on the weekend when everywhere else is an hr. And of course the burgers here ROCk. the chicken parm is huge, and delish, although the sauce is ehhh and the spaghetti is too wide n not good. But, got to love the free garlic bread they add in!

Good Casual Food, nasty employee
My husband and I order from the store on York/86th Street frequetnly. The same man who answers the phone always gives us a hard time when we want to use a credit card. A few times he has told us that it was too busy for him to take our cr card # and he hung up on my husband . Friday night, 8/21/09 the same guy had the nerve to tell me to speak faster. I hung up and ordered a burger from the Mansion Diner where they could not be nicer on the telephone. This guy should be lucky to have a job, now he needs to learn how to be nice to the customer no matter what.
