I have never had a bad meal here everything is good.

Ordered a turkey burger with cheddar for delivery. The person who took my order was kind, professional and the order was correct. The delivery person was also very professional and pleasant. Most importantly the BURGER was amazing! Waffle fries were hot and crispy... can't say enough good things. Highly recommended.

The portions have gotten so small and along with it the quality has gone way down! The Otto's 3x3 Central Park was at one time a nice quick knosh. The rib portions once plump and juicy are just salty bones. The once wonderful chicken tenders are a battered mess. I frequently ordered take out but no more. Just tossed out another order. The staff is courteous.

I went here because I'm a BBQ fiend and this was so highly rated. Especially because BBQ'd Beef Short Ribs was on the menu. Well first, they've dropped that dish from the menu. And second, the only BBQ item was 'Texas Ribs,' which are Pork and simply not good -- dry, little meat, covered in a hot sauce (which I foolishly requested) that had zero BBQ flavor -- just HOT. Might as well have been, maybe was, Tabasco sauce only. Why this place is listed under BBQ eats is simply beyond me! The only thing that looked good here was the Burger - fresh ground meat. Oh yes, the Banana Pudding was excellent. If you're a fanatic for that, by all means go!

This place is amazing, eaten here many times. The VIP burger is delicious. And the brunch deal, $10 for your choice of brunch, and 2 drinks (mimosa, bloody mary etc) AND coffee is a steal! The staff are friendly and attentive. This is a great addition to the neighborhood!

Reading these reviews, I was expecting WAY better quality than I got. The 3X3 sampler included 3 pork ribs, 3 chicken tenders, onion rings ,and waffle fries. The ribs were literally burnt black and crisp on one side and were chewy, dry, and tough. The chicken "tenders" were not tender at all, but rather way overcooked, unpleasantly dry, and stringy. Onion rings were soft and greasy. The burger ordered was so tasteless (other than the burnt flavor) and dry that not even half of it was eaten - 'well-done' does not mean burnt/dry. Really one of the worst burgers I've had in a while. The only thing we could describe as palatable were the waffle fries - crisp and well-seasoned, albeit quite greasy. Oh - and delivery took 45 minutes, and we live 5 blocks from the restaurant. The person who took the order was very nice and polite, but we will not be ordering from here again.

My wife and I eat or order out from this wonderful gem all the time and I highly recommend it. The food is savory, the service is prompt and the value is unquestionable. We have been eating at this place since it opened roughly a year ago and couldn't be happier with the addition of this place to our neighborhood. Try it....you won't be disappointed.
