The food here is great and a ridiculous value. Two people can eat for less than $20. Although the wine list is extensive and will set you back quite a bit if you drink with your dinner. The service is a bit lazy though. We were seated at a small table right next to the waiters' station for dinner. Though we didn't mind the small table, all of the waitstaff and hostesses continued to congregate and chit chat there, and were literally right next to our table. We found this a bit inconsiderate. Additionally, you would think that sitting right by the wait station that we would have the most attentive service. The exact opposite. It took our waiter at least ten minutes to bring us olive oil to accompany the bread he left on the table. Every request took about 10-15 minutes to be executed. I would go back because the food is quite good and ridiculously cheap, I just won't be expecting much from the staff.

We didn't even know who our waiter was, because several people randomly came over. The guy that I think was our waiter did not listen to what we wanted and got our order wrong, although we never got a chance to tell him, and generally looked pissy and like he thought he was it above it all (try again!). Just really poor service - there is really no excuse for that (I was a waiter in college and knew the basics of customer service). The food is enjoyable and the wine list extensive, but the service at this place destroys it. FAIL.

You would think you are on SNL the way the staff acts like you just walked into "Jeffery's." I actually like getting pasta here because plenty of other places sell pizza and meats that are just as good, but here you can get good pasta too. The problem is most of the people working there take themselves and the place way too seriously. After all, it is a pizzeria. Festive atmosphere is a plus if they could just get some servers from a national chain that provide service with a smile.

We went to Otto recently and had a great experience. The service was very attentive and overall we were very pleased. The pizzas weren't anything that would blow your socks off but they were fine. The pastas, were great. I'm not much of a dessert person but we decided to try to olive oil gelato and were amazed. What a great way to end an overall tasty meal.

The best is when you call for a delivery after 11:30pm and the phone person tells you they only have one delivery person and he is going to 23rd st.He also says they are very busy and it will be at least 45 minutes. Why are you delivering at this time?

What's with the phone order people? The tone of voice and attitude is worse than my kids give me. The best is when they tell you you have to order by 11 pm because you only have one delivery person. The delivery guys are great.You should put them on the phones.

Great food, poor service, but seriously, what's with the MUSIC?? Annoying, LOUD and the worst selections..Maybe it's me, but I don't think heavy metal music works with any entree..Mario, look at your crowd and re-think your music choices.
