Food is good, but phone order service is poor
This used to be my fave Thai place in the neighborhood. The food suddenly got great, but somehow the phone ordering service is poor. The last time I tried to order, I was told 5 minutes before orders closed that they were no longer taking orders. This past time, the order seemed messed up and I was hung up on when I asked my order to be read back to me. Really weird, but if I have to phone in my orders, I'll no longer be ordering from here.

Delicious thai food
I've ordered spicy basil chicken and pad se ew with tofu and both dishes are the best I've ever had! Fast delivery too.

Very good. Baffled by low ratings.
Excellent quality for a place with many items below or around $10. Atmosphere is average...although brightly lit, the place is comfortable, simply decorated with hardwood floors but definitely not "cold". Went on a Saturday to eat dinner in and the place was cheery with a fresh gerber daisy at every table and a big bouquet in the center of the room. I've been 7 or 8 times in total, trying different items, and I'm always happy with the food, prices, cleanliness of the dining room, and attentive service.

Good Thai
The neighborhood has no shortage of Thai restaurants but none of them are top notch. Perhaps its due to the fact that there are so many...hmmm. Anyway, OTT is always consistent and pretty good. They like to keep it spicier than the other neighborhood counterparts so thats a plus in my book. They're lunch specials are great, I just wish they had a larger selection to choose from. Get the Tom Yum, thats always good with lots more meat than other places and big mushrooms. Its a small cup but makes you feel good if you're under the weather. The spring rolls are great. I'm dying to try the chicken wings next time. Don't get the veggie dumplings though-the only disappointing thing I have had from there.

Cashew chicken, pad see-ew, nom nom nom nom nom
Best cashew chicken of my life i think. sweet, spicy, deliciousness. about 11 minutes ago was the first time i tried it from ott. my regular dish from here, the chicken pad see-ew, is also amazing. really pleased at my decision to branch out though. i've had some disappointing experiences with ott screwing up my delivery order (which is why the rating of "3" for service), but that's not happened in a while. and when it does get here and it's right, it's always really delicious. my mouth is on fire in a good way right now from the cashew chicken. mmmm. seconds here i come.

4 strikes
1) Prices charged were higher than what was shown on the menu. 2) waited 40 minutes for takeout. 3) gave me the wrong order and then when I checked the "corrected" order it was missing items. 4) there were a total of 3 cashews in the cashew chicken.

ott, ott, ott ott
My friends and I constantly debate this, is the name of this place ott, O.T. T., or 6tt. It's unclear from the sign on the building. Either way, I like the food at otT, because it is always very hoT. Its no nong, but then again what is?
