Eh not bad
This place is so poor im still in the resturaunt and writing a review! The severs dont know how to approach the table and make you move all around just to put something down. There was music playing but halfway threw dinner its just turned to really loud static. The host was nice. Wait review change! Desert came and was fab. But still doesnt change that you shouldnt waste your time.

Don't bother
Our waiter didn't know the specials, nor was he able to recommend a good Italian wine. Instead he brought a mediocre Australian wine, and cold-luke warm food (after a 40 min wait!). After all that the food wasn't even good. So-so at best. This place is absolutely not worth the time or money!

Only had good experiences here.
Have been coming here for several years now, both alone and with family. Staff has changed but my experiences have been consistently good...meaning the wait staff has always been pleasant, we love the food ( and we are all good Italian cooks at home), the drinks are relatively inexpensive. I never hesitate to drop in at lunch or dinner time while passing by. If the staff are new hires, have some patience. It will pay off with better service.( and maybe extra cookies at the meal's end ).

comical
Well, this "dining" experience gave us lots of good laughs for now, and the future! We wondered if we were on some "totally hidden video" show. It took us almost 2 hours to get served, and while waiting, I noticed that although the restaurant was packed, only one table had food, ( must have been the food critic.) My brother said "I hope nobody here has tickets to the midnight show at Rocky Horror!" When finally the food arrived, it was overcooked, and poorly prepared. The waiter kept apologizing, but it wasn't his fault. We decided this is the restaurant to take the date that you want to break up with, too. The "51sr way to leave your lover."

the best
The food was great and well portioned. The service was very attentive - we were consistently checked on and I do not think my glass was ever half empty before being refilled.

Abysmal Service
Went there for a nice date night dinner. I live in the area and work in a local hospital. The place looks very nice. Got seated quickly. Then the wait staff began to annoy the crap out of us. My date asked for a Manhattan Cocktail and the water asked what vodka she wanted with that. There's no Vodka in a Manhattan. We said we needed some time to order. The waiter returned literally 20 seconds later asking if we were ready to order then. The drinks were not tasty. The Veal was dry and looked awful. The vodka sauce seemed like it was 0.4% vodka with 67% salt. Tasted like ketchup loaded with salt. After dinner we just wanted to leave and asked for a check. Then the waiter returned twice to ask us if we wanted dessert or coffee... The clincher: On the way out I wished our waiter a great holiday. His reply was "leave a big tip and its a happy holiday" This is not a bad waiter. It just shows that Osso Bucco doesn't pay their wait staff well. For the price and location, Osso Bucco is not worth the time and money.
