I don't understand the other reviews. Was here last night, the fish was like old rubber. Maybe we caught them on a bad night, but it was expensive to boot. I will never be returning.

A great find in Park Slope fresh food, nice ambiance. We love the unique rolls and tasty specials - the garden is really nice as well. Overall, would put this place at the level of a quality Manhattan restaurant like Yama....blows away other Park slope sushi,

brooklan, you are mad; does the music being chinese really matter? yes, you got unlucky with the ankimo. have fun at blue ribbon; i prefer oshima myself. it is bloody brilliant sushi

Unfortunately, this place didn't meet my expectation. We ordered ankimo, and it was still frozen when served. Service was good, but the backgroud music was Chinese music, which I believe should be Japanese music at a sushi restaurant. I was looking forward to this place after reading many good reviews, but I don't know why this place got such good reviews. I don't think I am going back there.

This is one of my favorite restaurants in the city - I think they have the freshest sushi, and am shocked that it's not packed every time I go over there.

Love the owners of the place. Really nice couple. Food is fresh. Backyard is wonderful.
