    Never Again

I ordered some basic sushi i.e spicy tuna and shrimp tempura rolls. After patiently waiting for about 5minutes w/out being address I asked for some assistants. The wait for the food wasn't to long however the quantity was very slim. The quality was not good either. I asked the waitress for some spicy mayo she stated it would be $.50 charge for it. I found that quite unusual however I don't mind paying for what I want. To sum it all up the quantity, quality, and customer service sucked and I wont be eating there again.

    Sushi has improved

Perhaps they got a new sushi chef or re-learned the techniques, but recently, the maki rolls have been top notch. Perfect ratio of filling to rice, very well executed, and the fish has tasted exceptionally good. I always get the 2 roll lunch special so I can't speak to much else. The service is poor, but hey it's a midtown lunch eat so you can't expect too much.

    Delicious sushi

I came and ordered Spider Rolls and Garlic Seafood as entreesthey were artistically designed and delicious. Take advantage of this restaurant, food is great!

    Poor Experience

At 12 noon I ordered lunch for my co-worker and myself from Osaka, as we have done several times in the past. I gave very specific directions, the address, the cross streets, the name of the building, the elevator you should take to get to our floor. at 12:45 I got a call from them confirming my address, and I did so. After hearing no word I called them back at 1:22, the woman seemed shocked and said my food would be there any minute. At 1:48 my food finally arrived, as soon as it got there I handed the delivery person $5 as a tip but said that I refused to pay for a cold meal that I ordered almost two hours ago from an establishment that is LITERALLY a 5 minute walk from my office. The delivery person did not speak English so he called the manager, who demanded that I either pay him or "cancel the order", meaning hand the delivery man the food so that he can throw it out. Despite my explanations of what had happened , ie the several calls, etc, he still would rather see the food thrown out than for a wronged customer to get what he deserves. Ready for the kicker....after a two hour wait......the order was wrong!

    Take Out

Have only eaten take out from here and normally they do right by me. Only real sushi place in reasonable walking distance and I love the Japanese Onion soup. However, the service lacks. Sometimes it's perfectly acceptable, but usually they rush you off the phone and usually screw up as a result. Not in a major way but just in ways that would make me not choose this place if I had a choice- including wasabi when I asked to hold. Today they forgot to include my onion soup and after going back to pick it up, I realized they tried to pass off Wonton broth as onion soup. Bummer.
