nice pizza!
this was the best brunch i've had in a long time! the coffee was strong, the pizza a great idea and the service so friendly... only the waiter got nervous and dropped our potatoes on the table. good thing he was so cute. our new favorite spot!

Gem
I love this place. First of all, most of the menu is organic and good quality food. It isn't astronomically priced, as most organic food is. The environment is so cozy and you can find a seat. The staff doesn't mind if you plug in and sit for a while with coffee. It is laid back and inviting. The pizza is delish and only $5 during happy hour. I don't understand what there is not to like about this place. I hope it lasts.

Great Pizza, Amazing Brunch
One of my new favorite places for Pizza. Simple, home made, locally sourced and seldom ordinary, I've really enjoyed the 3 dinners I've had at Ortine. Their brunch definitely stands out...one of the best in Brooklyn. Stopped in for a pizza and a beer during happy hour and spent $8. Not too shabby. Go Ortine!

Feels cozy
The best thing about Ortine is how cozy it feels in this restaurant. The food is great and very high quality. Some of the entrees are pricey but they have happy hour specials and affordable sides and soup to make up for that. My favorites are on rotate and I love how they serve hot tea. Definitely a good place to visit at least 3 times a month for a cozy homemade meal.

I love this place!
OK. So I am biased - I love this place. Don't listen to me - I'm not objective. I'm actually addicted to their Breakfast Pizza. My therapist says I need to learn to let go. So I did, let go, of my therapist. Kept the Breakfast Pizza though. Then there's the Shakshuka - the real deal - trust me, I know. Oh, and the Apricot Crostatas - home baked, so fresh you can taste the butter. The crew is great - no attitude, very accommodating and friendly. And there's a brand new patio in the back for those lovely sunlight brunches. So don't listen to me - I can't be trusted - I'm hooked. Just get yourself over there ... now. You won't regret it!
