Closed? Whew! They never had anything consistently in stock and the food was barely average.

Must repeat your order
I specifically asked for a size small in all 3 of the items I ordered and the person that took my order said "Well I heard the exact opposite of that.... sorry"... and didn't offer any possibilities of clearing the situation. In this case, the customer was automatically assumed wrong. Poor customer service. -- not to mention.. I was told it would take a half hour to deliver my food AND it arrived more than an hour later and there was no one to answer to the phone when I called to check on progress in between.

nice lunch spot
I've been here twice so far to eat in, and I like it. It's a good vegan option in the hood. My husband and I split a large bowl of chili and veggie burger when we first came across this place. The burger was good, but we felt like it was a bit overpriced; in contrary, though, the size of chili was pretty big. (and it was tasty!) The second time, we once again had chili and this time tried Tempeh Reuben, which was really YUMMY! It came with a bit of salad, so that was nice too. Even if you are not vegan, if you are trying to eat healthy, this is a great place to get food. I haven't tried their sweets, but I'm hoping to do so soon!

Delicious, worth the visit!
I work a few blocks away from Organic Heights and make sure to visit at least once a week. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and their sandwiches are so nutritious and delicious ( that tempeh - how do they get it sooo tasty! ?!). I've been really happy with their growing selection of vegan baking :) . Definitely go check this place out! It needs all the support it can, being a small business.

Could be so much better.
The sandwiches are delicious but overpriced. The soups seem like instant dry mix soups. I'm always upset because they are out of my first menu choice. I want to love this place but they have some work to do.

Agreed, tempeh reuben is AMAZING. I don't even usually like tempeh much, but I tried a bite of my boyfriend's sandwich, and we had to order another. Everything is good, they do sell out kinda quickly though so don't go late if you want your pick.

Best Tempeh Reuben I've ever had
I've tried Tempeh Reuben sandwiches in many other places across the country, and this is the best one I've had so far. Just an absolute delight. The presence of an entire avocado on the sandwich didn't hurt. I will definitely be coming back to see what the rest of the menu has to offer.
