Great Place
I've eaten here several times and I've never been disappointed. The food is delicious, the service is excellent, the prices are reasonable. We're an Irish family and the food was very traditional, much "like mama used to make." We weren't rushed, the waitstaff was always available without hovering, and they were very enthusiastic about helping us with a small birthday celebration on two different occasions. Whenever we're in the Herald Square area, we make it a point to eat at O'Reilly's.

Just open?
My family & I had dinner there on Friday, July 25. Our choices were all very good. The waitress told us that they just open (reopen?) that night. They had no mashed potatoes so we went with the french fries. The chef did come out to see if we enjoyed our meal which we did. The only big disappointment was no dessert. You would think they could have had a least one or two desserts. We would definitely go back.

good bar food
typical bar food, which is good. why i'm commenting though is really because of the bartender, John. Really great guy you'll never wait for a drink.
