One Thai Chef

Came on a dea;, so limited menu with about 6 choices in appetizers and 6 in entrees—more than enough good choices for me. I had fish cake appetizer marinated in spicy lime sauce with a tiny salad for garnish. Fresh, refreshing, and excellently fried. My main was harupan duck or aThai version of Peking duck with 3 pancakes and hoisin sauce to be filled with a scanty portion of diced grilled duck mixed with aromatic stir fried veggies. My companion had lollipop chicken which were 2 well-grilled drumsticks in sriracha sauce. The opinion was the sauce did not go well. Her entrée was chicken in green curry. Medium spicy and decent portion. For extra charge ($8) we had fried coconut on vanilla ice cream which was exquisite in raspberry topping. Decaf coffee was $3; no decaf cappuccino. Service was super-attentive. Setting tight but pleasant, with soft music. Bathroom was unisex and on the same floor. Regular prices are way too high, but fair on the deal.

Went there for dinner everything from the roti, lobster fritters, to the whole fish snapper was excellent. Best Thai food in the city!
