I need to order from this place more often. I ordered a shrimp entree recently and wow..huge shrimp and many of them, very excellent value and taste. They have a large variety of items and I've never had a disappointing item. This is what all other Chinese restaurant should be.

Yes order from here. I've never been to their physical location, but delivery is consistently friendly, fast and accurate. Plus they occasionally send extras for free! I've search all over Manhattan for years for Crispy Prawns With Honey Walnuts and can't believe i found it in my backyard of Inwood. Order this dish and be transported to heaven. Definitely get the donuts as well, better than Krispie Kreme! The other review here claiming the food is bad is obviously from a competitor as it is completely false. Food is fantastic. Let's keep this wonderful place in business for years to come with our orders. :)

I recently moved to Inwood from Queens and panicked about the lack of variety in restaurants. As long as I could find a decent Chinese delivery, that would suffice. Luckily, every time my roommates and I have ordered from One Family, we have been pleased with the quality and taste of our food. I am a big fan of the "healthy options" portion of the menu and always order the scallion pancakes. My roommate raves about the Vietnamese sandwich. They are very fast with delivery - even on the weekends and are extremely friendly. Definitely a good choice for Chinese food in the area!

Ordered from here 3 times and never got a decent dish. Over the phone and the deliver person are both very nice and pleasant to deal with, since every other chinese restaurant we order from are completely rude over the phone and the delivery people usually have bad attitudes and aren't appreciative. But I gave them the benefit and ordered from them for the 3rd time tonight. I figured maybe I got them on a bad day... but every time we order the food is poor. Too bad, there menu is better than every other Chinese food spot in the neighborhood. Unfortunately their food sucks big time. Nice people, Bad food.

Had the Vietnamese sandwich w vegetables dumplings n bubble tea! I was in heaven! Great food, service and atmosphere! Must go!
