Poorest service ever
I order from these guys ALLLL the time but they are absurd! They put me on hold every 20 seconds when i call and that results in holding for 5 minutes every time I want to plce an order. i got so frustrated today after being asked to hold 4x that i just hung up. If you're so busy hire another person to help take phone oders! I only keep ordering because the sandwiches are kosher and good, pricey- but fresh and tasty!

Rude managers and slow waitstaff
Their food is not worth the price in cash, time or rudeness you will encounter. I had been going here over 4 years. I accepted the painfully slow service all around for the quality food they served. But once the manager tried to short change me, I decided to take my business, and that of my friends, family and coworkers, elsewhere. She was very accusatory about it and attempted to embarrass me in front my coworkers and the other patrons. I have never been dealt with so rudely at a restaurant.

A second price hike in months
I used to go here for the Falafel Lafa, which is delicious. However, they've had TWO price increases in the past three months, raising the cost from $7.50 to over $10. Sorry, that's just too much!

Very disappointing
The quality of the food is poorer than it was several years ago. The portion sizes are microscopic -entrees are smaller than appetizers at other establishments. Even on a pretty empty night, service is slow.

Poor customer service
It took them over 20 minutes to get our order which was a falafel sandwich. When we were done we had to request for our check three times before it came to us 20 minutes later only to find out we have been charged extra. We were charged for a laffa while we had the pita and the waitress said we ordered the laffa when we knew what we ate was the pita. She took it inside to correct it and the new check came back with another mistake. On the whole it took us 1.5 hours to have a falafel sandwich. After all this not a word of apology from the waitress. I will never go here again.

customer service
Worst customer service ever - after waiting for an hour for my delivery order, I called to check on it and the person from Olympic Pita slammed the phone down. When I called again, she said "you never ordered!". Then when I told her my address, she said "yeah it could be on its way".

Agree with "Tastes great, but need patience"
My experience was identical to the reviewer of "Tastes great, but need patience." Delicious falafel (on pita even though we ordered with laffa - both good though). Hostess not so helpful and food preparers still slow-as-molasses.
